I'm still not really buying anything, to be truthful, I haven't seen anything i especially want for a while now apart from a sequined Stormtrooper t-shirt which I'm going to get next week if it's still there,once again,, all the fashionable colours this season are ones that don't suit me apart from black. I just can't do mustard, kahki and colours in that vein

Queen I really like the grey coat, such a shame it's a no go. It's so frustrating when you're inbetween sizes sometimes. We'll definitely miss you at the MU but just have to organise another in the new year.

fedup I sit next to DH and he has a load of pics of the kids on his so I don't have any. Plenty of room for bags which is lucky as I have both the SL and the Gucci Disco on display!

i really dont think i can make MU again. im so gutted, i was really looking forward to it but theres just so much to be done at home i havent got much spare time atm, even the trip to london i was going to take in november is looking unlikely now as we cant seem to make timings work next year though, next year i'll be at as many as i can be

Have just noticed that both my pairs of supergas are looking rather tatty. Don't mind about the blue but very sad with the leopard print but they've served me well.

Am currently deciding whether to replace them (still lusting after the silver colourway) or buy another pair of stans but in a darker colour for a/w.

Love these but not practical for winter being knitted - also not too keen on the price

Another lovely autumn day. OOTD was my monsoon denim dress, tan belt, opaques, the leopard flats and a ted baker leather jacket. Quite like this outfit, though earlier it was sweltering on Oxford street in the jacket.

I ordered the leopard YSL It was Love At First Sight. I fully blame Amber for putting the insurmountable temptation of this thing of beauty before me. Amber If I ever make a MU you will, of course, have first dibs on taking it I just love it and was worried it would sell out if I waited until the month end marketer's dream me

Fedup I think the silver stans would look great with black opaques especially as they have the black bit at the back. The knitted ones are lovely too but as you say not very practical - I imagine they could look grubby easily too.

another zip broke on one of my dresses and i sent a big complaint in and they have asked me to send it back and they will refund me the cost of the dress plus postage which really, is only fair as its costing me a fortune having to have zips replaced all the time and i dont feel its fair to ask MIL to do them as theres a literal pile of them waiting to be fixed. have told them that its making it very difficult for me to want to spend money on their products if they are goign to end up with broken zips on the first wear!

Blair I just looked up the measurements on the Gucci site - apparently size L kids is 25in, which I think will be just about right - gives me a tiny bit of wriggle room!

Having a quiet night in as out for the next four nights which even I'm baulking at. I will be a broken woman by Sunday! Still I'm sure I'll make the best of it, and it gives me a chance to take some of my new treasures out!

Adora what Levi style jeans did you buy? And were they good?

Right so yet another Boden sale parcel arrived. I'm keeping a V neck jumper, denim shirt and cotton cropped cardy and the rest going back.
My justification: Don't own a grey v neck jumper (only grey cashmere carries), don't own a denim shirt and thought it a good basic for homeworking/weekends but will need to think about styling it as I hate "double denim look and the cardy is a replacement for one I left in a restaurant a year ago. I can link if you'd like to see.
