Happy I too am going to the lake district this weekend! We are just doing a stop off on the way back from Glasgow, where we are flying to to pick up my new car yes, we're crazy like that. I don't have accommodation yet either! Hope the weather is nice for us both.

Popped into All Saints & Zara today but was very uninspired. In fact I hate Zara at sales time, it just becomes a jumble sale. Bought some cheap make-up at Kiko though, a brand I haven't tried before, so will see how it goes.

Worried about tomorrow, this whole thing has been so divisive.

We're staying in Grasmere, just heading down on the bikes on Saturday morning with another couple we're friends with and meeting a third couple, our friends from Hull.. Staying in Grasmere. Ride out on the bikes and nice meal and few drinks at night, back home on the Sunday.. So yes, fingers crossed for nice weather!

I'm glad the referendum hasn't been brought up on here until today there's been enough of it on facebook tbh but I've been checking this daily to stop me sinking into worry and misery glad it will be over this time tomorrow.

In shopping news I bought this top because I love my dress version and I like a bit of orange in the summer. I have had lots of wang this season .

Everyone those dresses are lovely and great shape for me. Autumn colours are forest green, teal, petrol, cream, gold, brick red, cherry, browns of all tones, mustard etc and colours that tone with those.

Amber good to hear that DS is better.

Anyway after saying keep it cheap on here I've been off looking at Matches etc and am now in a sulk that I can't afford Oscar de la Renta

But have decided definitely want knee length or just below knee not full length.

lib I know you said don't want full length but if you want to borrow this let me know. Think we are similar size/shape and I find it flattering. The skirt is terracotta so good for autumns.

Happy it's dark blue! of the SL. DH has an M3 and a Yamaha so we're going to be an M family. I've just booked somewhere in Penrith for Saturday... hope you find somewhere.

I'm wearing my Cos midi skirt with Kindred tee shirt and white & cobalt Stans (and of course waterproof jacket). Hot & wet is so hard to dress for.

Have you looked at Coast or Karen Millen Lib? There's normally the odd gem to be found amongst their stuff. Also Baukjen is having its sale but may be too casual.
