DH has organised for us to get some new tips for the exhausts on my car tomorrow, so that it'll look pretty. Turns out the place we're going is 20 mins from Bicester! Does anyone know if trying to get in at around midday on a Sunday would be a completely ridiculous idea? I've never been and always thought you had to go early to get a parking spot.

QueenC Yes when my hair is long it doesn't show signs of needing a cut for ages. I don't have any split ends yet but it is feeling a bit unkempt. Hope your cut went well and glad your wrist is improving.

Shop from the dentist. He told me to do top row first so I can see a difference. After 2weeks I'll send you a pic.

Lovely day today , I knew we'd have a good July......changed out if my black slouchy sweater and put on my Madewell black sleeveless top that Linus also has from a couple of years ago.....love this top.

Dh and I went out to dinner last night. I was so excited as he's been on a healthy eating kick for 18 months and gets antsy about the thought of all those calories.

I finally got to wear my Me & Em jumpsuit which looked great on, with my YSL Sparkly shoes which dh hates. I told him the price and I think his jaw is still hanging open. He did say I looked nice though.

Dh has told me that he is not sure about my new hair do, which is all choppy and layers. A bit bed head like. His observations were met with an awkward silence. I think he just likes me being all sleek and groomed like a show dog!

We have had a glorious day. Currently sat in the garden eating a bowl of the most delicious berries and cherries which were grown locally while enjoying all the flowers and the aroma from the herb garden. Dh did a BBQ earlier so he's all happy.

My Zara order has arrived - quite surprised to get a Sunday delivery. This top is lovely but too small for me in Medium. I love this blouse - again I got the medium and it's fine but debating if I'd be better with the large for looser fit. I'm really pleased with the red maxi skirt. It's on me right now . And the bag is great.

Good bargains lib but annoying about the sizes. Amusing comments from your DD! I'm out of favour with my DD did not letting her have an ice cream because she didn't eat her dinner. Resulting in mega melt down. I felt sorry for our childless neighbours on what is s beautiful evening.

bling night out outfit sounds lovely. I've also noticed that my DH also only makes comments on my appearance when it's something he's not keen on.

Apologizing for going AWOL but as per usual life (or should I say work!) just gets in the way. Heading off on holiday next week like quite a few of us and looking forward to some much needed downtime.
Have made a few sale purchases but tried to get things I need/know I will wear rather than just randomly buying as I have done in the past.

Morning! I dropped the kids off at their camp this morning and we had the roof down on the car. We were bopping away to music. Now I am working from home in my back garden wearing my purple Superdry tee with Gap boyfriend shorts (Shop has them too if I recall). We have Sonos in the garden (the speakers are disguised as rocks) so listening to the radio. It's a happy day.

Still on hols, st tropez shower stuff is doing a good job at mimicking a golden glow while I am covering up with oil free factor 50.

Thanks for all the advice on eyebrow-gate friend. Have seen her since and was all good, slightly disappointingly uneventful in fact so am not going to rock boat but will be ready for anything else that may come my way.
