have that LV shawl, its my second one, lost the first one, though I'd better branch out and get another brand, went and bought the exact one again,that's how much I love it!

Geneva is not supposed to be a culinary city, they have all those yummy chocolatiers, dont think they need to excel at gourmet food too!

Had really hoped it go to the Indian Michelin that's at the Royal Mandarin Hotel but like the other Michelins, it was closed the 2 nights we were there..

Oh what a haul happy! The tote is lush. I'm not sure it is possible to completely protect against colour transfer with a white bag. I think lots of barrier stuff and resign yourself to having to clean it frequently between wear and reapplying the protective stuff. It will look lovely in summer.

I spotted the Jemina Vine sale too bernice. Debated the red pointly toe shoes Dry has...have held back so far!

The Indian resto at the Mandarin Oriental is great!

I have a tale of excellent customer service...

In my big Uniqlo order last week I had ordered two pairs of the navy trousers to compare sizes. However, while 2 pairs appeared on the invoice and I was charged for two pairs there was only one pair in the bag (luckily that one was a good fit)

I emailed Uniqlo today to explain what happened. They replied within a few hours. They asked me to let them know if the bag had been tampered with and have already processed a refund. I am very impressed! Well done Uniqlo.

Happy your weekend sounds lovely and just wow for the shopping! I really like the LV tone on tone monogram shawls too, both your colours will be so useful.

My favourite choc is maison du chocolat (although don't know much about Belgian ones Linus). Alain Ducasse's own brand is really good too.

Went to hermès this afternoon and bought a silk pocket square for dh's birthday. Tried on some beautiful scarves but was just for fun, made me realise I never wear my teal one. Lib, need you to teach me how to wear teal, I don't have a camel coat and don't know what else to wear it with.

On my way home from an event with the great and the good who saw fit to keep us waiting 40 mins and served warm fizz. Can't wait to get home put my pjs on and eat scrambled eggs and avo, dinner of choice when dh is away.

Loving this weather but it is hard to dress for. Still icy in the morning but warms up in the day. I am always stuck when all-of-a-sudden, opaques just look wrong, but it is waay too soon for bare legs!

I have been having a massive ebay clearout of various shopping mistakes which has funded the chloe bag. The good thing is I have become fussier about adding anything new to my wardrobe so will only keep the shoes if they are perfect.

linus I've tried Mary chocolatier, which was good, but not Auer good , seriously you are missing some good stuff! The powdered chocolate almonds are so good, better than sex for me, and that means something!
Second best is debauve et gallais in Paris ,OH MY GOD, is all I can say, I really miss good chocolate ,

happy it was the black one, I have many scarves, some are very ££££ but the LV one is one of my favourite, its so easy to wear and goes with everything,

Lib I too received great customer service from Uniqlo, I bought the elasticated ankle grazer trousers at full price and by the time they were delivered they were reduced in the sale, I couldn't be bothered with the faff of returning and re-ordering, so I emailed them and asked if they could reimburse me the difference in price and they did. Was well impressed. I really like those trousers and am thinking of ordering more pairs.

Are JV pumps now going to be a MNV thing to add to the list?

Mara I like teal with navy / indigo and with mustard. Also good with kingfisher blue.

Kitty those trousers are great. I'm thinking of trying the beige ones. Good for springtime.

I do get colour transfer from jeans onto pale grey bags, Happy. Maybe treat with Collonil before using it.

I have Jimmies and Gigis from that list. I just gave my two pairs of Jalouses away as I hardly ever wore them. Just too pointy for me.

Ootd is a pale grey wrap top, black DKNY flared black trousers, burgundy MK pointy courts and burgundy skinny scarf. Gunmetal Tiffany bone cuff and matching gunmetal manicure to finish the look. Because I have serious OCD I won't be able to wear gold until I have my shellac changed!

DH's eyes almost fell out of his head when I showed him the HL dress so it's staying, I guess!

Busy day ahead, need to get my game face on. Have also just realised I'm out Thurs, Fri and Sat nights so I need to find time for outfit planning!

The McQ clutch is a keeper. Perfect for me. Love the print. Pills and cigarette butts in amongst the flowers. LOVE. The scarf is going back. The fabric feels cheap and I just know I won't wear it. The print doesn't have the same depth of colour as on the bag because the scarf fabric is semi sheer.
Keeping the grey tee too.
Etre Cecile top due today but I may be at the hospital.

topaz you're right, I always think it's restricting once it starts to feel too springlike for opaques. I nearly bought a dress in apc that would be perfect for early spring but left it because of the leg thing.

Am wfh this morning, lovely to be alone with the house all quiet. Ootd is red and navy armor lux breton and black coated skinnies. Nearly did an outnet order but carrying a few extra kgs due to having no time for exercise atm so want to sort that out first.
