But....we are off to Cologne for Christmas market and special girl time for a few days which should be lovely.

still trawling the wardrobe to see what im goign to wear over the christmas period but just can't decide, don't want to be either under or over dressed though i know my sister expects us all to be dressed up 'properly' when we see her as she says she 'wants to take nice photographs'

One Christmas time is when you can go for it, impossible to be over dressed, go for it!

& hope DD is OK Dry, had a couple of friends who went through similar, stressful.

Our party was lots of fun, about 30 kids running round the garden waving glowsticks while their parents necked mulled wine & Prosecco. Big pub lunch today & now it's time to chill for Christmas.

It was all fine thanks stokey bit it's quite nerve wracking being in a police station even when you haven't done anything wrong. Hope you get the jumper sorted.

QueenC I have had to give a police statement in the past - it is nerve wracking as you are aware of the implications for others if you get it wrong and the style of questioning leaves you questioning yourself . Well done.

I have 3 days work this week Marsha but I always enjoy Christmas week at work, people are much more relaxed generally.

Glad lib, Shop and Stokey's parties were a success (and any others I may have missed). Feeling very ropey with some sort of gastro bug but hopefully will be short lived. Needed to lose half a stone but not like this, yuk

The pil are arriving today and have just remember I promised to source a bike for them to give ds for Christmas and have done absolutely nothing about it. Oh well, will see what can be done this afternoon.

Tried on a bronze metallic pleated midi skirt in top shop yesterday. It would've been good for parties but the quality was shit plus didn't have my student card for 10% off so left it and don't regret.

V quiet with my work too Marsha. Only 4 emails so far today. Is bliss being able to do some reading and have thinking time.

Mara I am on last minute toy shopping too. Had a look at gifts last night and think DD needs a few more. I'm on my way to a meeting in London now so will head to Regent St later.
