There were some nice shoes and boots, quite liked a long pair in Dior but as I say with dh running to the low every now and then and looking grey... Well...

What else, oh they had Zaritas in various colours.

I had lunch in the new home farm restaurant there, did looked sheepishly at a coke :/

Karcheer · 06/12/2015 18:58

Did - dh.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 06/12/2015 19:38

Oh that's a shame Karcheer. Hope he feels better now? (Though I bet he feels bad, being ill on your birthday, unfortunate!)

Love that bag Fedup - have you seen all the bloggers with their freebie ones that had painted initial stickers on? WIT etc. Very cool and not available to buy.

Thank you One, I'm feeling worse again but counting the workdays left to Christmas now Grin I am going to take off this Wednesday and the one after, so that I don't have to work more than 2 days in a row again this year.

FedupNagging · 06/12/2015 19:50

That is a lovely blazer Karcher - am pretty sure someone on here has it - Lara maybe? Hope Dh is feeling better.

Blair sorry you are still unwell - do you get the results of your second blood tests this week? I rarely look at WIT but did recently and that is where I saw the bag.

Am currently playing hunt the christmas gift - I have hidden some presents pre wrapping and now can't find them. I shall name this 'doing a Blingy' Xmas Grin. Decided against writing cards tonight too boring

Drywhitethanks · 06/12/2015 21:05

Gosh I'll be doing a Blingy in the next few days . Have bought loads of bits but need to gather them all up.
Ditto cards. Ugggg

MarshaBrady · 06/12/2015 21:16

Dry I really like the idea of a midi and knee highs. Think it would look fab.

Fedup love the Givenchy. Really pretty.

One not sure! I can't think. A dress I guess, as I find tops difficult. A navy dress I think. Neck is fine now tg, thanks. Was getting pretty tiring turning my whole self just to talk to people.

Karcheer what a shame your dh put you off your game. Wow at the Saint Laurent blazer. Would love a SL blazer one day.

Viva I haven't but sounds good.

Blair oh no you poor thing, you must be tired with it all. And yes not long left.

Blingy wow good find.

MarshaBrady · 06/12/2015 21:30

Lib how's the mozzie situation? And how's the weather? looking at holidays

justasecond · 06/12/2015 21:51

Happy Birthday karcheer hope your poor dh is better soon.
Flowers for Blair hope you start to feel better soon.
Glad your ring turned up Blingy!
I also went to Bicester the other day. I got this chloe tote bag but in mustard yellow I had my eye on it for a while and it was heavily reduced so v pleased.
Some more recent purchases
md jumper
these finally some casual non denim trousers shame they are dry clean only though.
check shirt
joseph petrol jumper from outnet clearance I am going to get some silk lining put in the back to make it non see through

maradesbois · 07/12/2015 08:26

Morning,

Happy Birthday for yesterday Karcheer Flowers. Hope your dh is feeling better today.

Dry love the sound of your midi skirt. Am wearing my marant one for first time today as have to be smart. Feels grown up sophisticated!

We've finished uni already for Christmas but still need to finish this dreaded essay plus am doing some work experience that will hopefully help towards getting a job next year.

justa good haul. Do you do the colour thing, seasons etc? Just wondering.

Lib I always think it's strange when your dc get on great with other dc but the parents are odd. There's a mum at school like that, no eye contact.

Fedup the LKB bag is nice but I think it's silly they put it all over the Internet with artwork you can't buy. Know I'm a bit obsessed with personalisation but don't get it.

Blingy I only read boodlesgate once all was resolved, phew!

Our tree has been purchased and is decorated. Not to my usual standard and a bit wonky but fun. The scooby doo Lego is now purchased and delivered, now everybody else's gifts to think about.

LinusLovesBretons · 07/12/2015 10:15

No time for a proper catch-up but I wanted to share this gorgeous bag with all of you.

Maybe not as discreet a logo as the Gucci Disco but very similar in style and a gorgeous colour. marsha your next bag? Wink

BerniceBobsHerHairAgain · 07/12/2015 11:58

Don't think I'll be able to catch up either, my mind is boggling at the thought!

Has Shop been back since her trip to the dentists? Hope all is well Flowers

Great shopping Justa - a real bargain on the Joseph jumper. You seem like an autumn in your colour picks (thinking about Mara asking about colours). Don't think you've been 'HOCed' though?

Blingy glad you found the ring, lucky you posted on here and Amber was able to help.

Love that Warehouse dress Amber, warehouse seem to do good things. Tempted myself but how short is it?

And I really like that midi skirt Dry but for some reason find ordering from Zara a real pita.

Lib how are the mozzies and the rude parents? Otherwise hope you are having a great time Grin.

Happy belated birthday Karcheer, shame your DH rained on your Bicester parade.

Blair reducing your working hours until Xmas sounds like a good plan.

Fedup if you search for kew at tkmaxx (online) quite a few burgundy bags come up - they look pretty nice.

Wondering how Lara is, she hasn't been on here for a while.

I'm still waiting for a couple of things from Black Friday excesses, these trainers:
Black flatform
Burgundy superstars

Lace blouse from Tu (lowering the tone, sorry) to usher in a bit more ingenue into my wardrobe Grin

Still waiting for my Mango culottes to turn up - will most likely wear them with trainers or pointy flats (QueenC I think you asked ages ago)

Stokey · 07/12/2015 13:05

I love that Christmas jumper Amber am thinking of buying one.

No Christmas tree here yet, it's being madly busy, but have got it pencilled in for the 13th.

I think I need a top, maybe peasant style, bum-covering to wear with coated jeans and black feathery gilet. Has anyone seen anything on the High Street? I think I'll be shopping on Wednesday.

Blingy you're very funny, am glad Boodles ring has been recovered. I'm also rather good at losing things (DD2's most precious bunny Sad) but luckily have not been trusted with much nice jewellery.

Love the adiddas stuff Bernice but the Tu link isn't working.

Dry you are the Christmas expert - any tips on outside lights? how many do I need per tree? We're having a party in a couple of weeks for around 70 people so will have to chuck some out into the garden.. pray it doesn't rain!

QueenC · 07/12/2015 13:31

Hi all, just catching up quickly whilst at work naughty. I think I missed the warehouse dress link and won't spend hours looking at the other links whilst at work.

Who else had the m&s advent calendar? Dd is loving it and is so happy to have her own mascara and perfume. So far I love the cowshed body lotion and looking forward to using the nail repair stuff once my gels come off.

Will catch up properly later...

libertydoddle · 07/12/2015 15:38

Have lost two long posts. Giving up! Big wave to all.

The bastard mossies are still annoying me. Today have swollen eyes

FedupNagging · 07/12/2015 15:49

Queen I think that's such a lovely idea sharing the advent calender with dd. I know Lib has it too - all sold out by the time I got into a store though and oos online sob

I love the colour and shape of the Lanvin bag Linus but not sure about the size of the logo. I feel much the same way about Michael Kors bags - love the styles and colours but too much bling on them.

Justa some fab purchases - love the colour of the Joseph jumper.

Can't open the Tu link Bernice but really like both pairs of trainers. Thanks for the Kew headsup.

Stokey how many lights depends on how big your trees are! We have about 200 on one tree and they only go up as far as we can reach with ladders. Otherwise we had about 150 on a 6ft tree until it was cut down.

Drywhitethanks · 07/12/2015 17:11

this dress QueenC. I've ordered it too, hope it's not too short, Warehouse fit me well normally.

Drywhitethanks · 07/12/2015 17:25

I really like this one too, reminds me of a Sandro (?)one I saw in H Nics Knightsbridge.

Stokey depends on the size of your trees. My Christmas tree is about 6ft and I have 300 lights on it. Better to have too many I think.

justasecond · 07/12/2015 19:11

I have not been hoc'd but I think I am prob a deep autumn which I think can crossover into winter too? some of you have seen pics of me ages ago if you can remember?? I am pale but yellow toned with greeny hazel eyes. I think I am naturally drawn to autumn colours although I also wear black and lots of other colours too. The only colours I think look terrible on me are pastels and cool shades like magenta and turquoise.

That warehouse dress is lovely. I think I missed your midi skirt dry will go back and have a look.
Poor Lib Flowers
Love both those trainers bernice

QueenC · 07/12/2015 20:11

Lovely dresses dry. Can totally see you in the first one.
justa lovely MD stuff. I really like their stuff although often the colours aren't great for me. Love the petrol colour of the Joseph too. I reckon dd is an autumn as she looks stunning in that colour.
fedup I really like the lanvin and lkb. I'm loving the shape of those bags. I'm using libs dvf loads now it's winter. I found it a bit dark in the summer as its a pewter/mink colour. I really want a silver cross body and also love the michael kors and another make that has totally gone out of my head but hate the huge logo. I'm not a fan of logos unless it's chanel.

KittyHello · 07/12/2015 20:37

Whispers I too bought a Tu blouse Victoriana blouse it's viscose but am fine with that, looks great with indigo jeans and bargain price too.

Bought these black chelsea boots needed some flats for running around in but didn't fancy trainers, they are super comfy and look great with black or grey skinnies shame they're cheaper now than they were on Black Friday Angry

Blingy glad you found your bling - phew

Lib sorry to hear you're being eaten by the mozzies

Great purchases Justa

Loving the Warehouse dresses Dry and Amber

Had my first mince pie yesterday, had been holding out as I hate being sick of the sight of them by the time Christmas comes round.

justasecond · 07/12/2015 20:43

Might be worth looking at Furla Queenc there is a silver one here:
eu.furla.com/store/furlaeu/list/CategoryID.69835700/includeVariations.true

Btw I got the md trousers in navy I think my link was going to the beige ones. Not sure I could carry those off!

Longislandicetee · 07/12/2015 21:01

Evening! Karcheer hope your dh is better.

Lib you poor thing, your posts are making me think about my Easter holiday which will be a moz fest too! But a swollen eye? You poor thing.

Dry love the warehouse dress and love Justa's Tu top (totally wouldn't suit me but that's not the point!)

Love the Gucci bucket bag that FedUp linked last night.

Tonight I have the Xmas candles lit again and playing Xmas songs, though sadly doing a bit of work.

Last night I opened 13 boxes that were delivered while I was away. Dry and FedUp you're on your own in missing presents. We have a "present" room to prevent me losing stuff no, I am not Petra Ecclestone I should have sent dd's birthday invites up there.Hmm

Karcheer · 07/12/2015 21:31

Thank you, I think he's feeling a bit better, he's wfh today and is snoozing now.

Drywhitethanks · 07/12/2015 21:43

Nothing wrong with Tu.I've done well there for summer work stuff particularly. Love the Victorian blouse. I have similar from H and M from a few years ago and still wear it loads, goes with everything.

Warehouse dress is sweet.......may be a bit short, Amber will rock it.

Karcheer · 07/12/2015 21:49

Can anyone suggest an alternative for bath oils/shower gels for my mum. She loves Jo malone but I've bought her loads recently and I'm less and less happy with the quality, she didn't like aren't which I've given her before...
