Have just spent the afternoon reorganising my shoe cupboard. It no longer looks like the place where shoes go to die!

I am slightly horrified at how many pairs I have though and am now operating a strict 1 in, 1 or 2 out policy!

MarshaBrady · 02/09/2015 17:34

Thanks everyone, agree it's got to be black, here they are!

Linus yes I have, it's really nice I love Marant plaid.

I think I'm getting close to an AW wardrobe - would like a scarf, skirt and maybe a jumper.

Ok last day of school holidays, really want to look at all the links, back later.

HappyGirlNow · 02/09/2015 17:42

Ooh really like those marsha

Ujjayi · 02/09/2015 18:21

Marsha great boots - I just linked to a pair in the other place from R&B as alternatives to the Newbury's but am clearly too late!

Loving all the links today.

LinusLovesBretons · 02/09/2015 19:12

Gorgeous boots marsha!

Larastheme · 02/09/2015 19:25

Beautiful marsha,
Result happy !
Enjoy fedup
Are you all saying I've lost the plot with the dress, Wink, I like looking at it not actually buying it! it just looked so beautiful on display, and that price tag is eye watering for a cotton dress Shock

Stokey · 02/09/2015 20:02

Brilliant boots Marsha, think you'll look great in them.
& loved the starry sweater QueenC. I too am very ready for school to start. Dd1 goes back tomorrow but it's DD2's days off nursery so I need to hold out till Monday to get my own time again.

That dress is the kind of thing I don't "get" Lara, makes me feel like a Victorian looking at impressionists.

I'm liking the Zara links, will definitely head for a browse soon.

Another failed pair of jeans from Asos arrived today, 7 for all mankind Rozie, good for the tall amongst you.

shopafrolic · 02/09/2015 20:09

Love the boots Marsha
DS back on Monday. Feel as tho I am running out of time as operation deadline draws near. Getting a bit panicky so will drop in every now and again x

Drywhitethanks · 02/09/2015 20:33

The sooner it comes the sooner it goes Shop call me Yoda
Lara the dress is bonkers, like a cross between Alice in Wonderland and Dorothy's dresses, but I love your links so much, this one is funny Grin
Marsha great boots.
This umber holiday has been the longest, I will be grad to get back into a routine and to not have smelly teenaged bodies all over my house.

shopafrolic · 02/09/2015 20:46

Where do I get long legged track pants from? Any ideas. Clearly not fashionable but need something comfy for hospital and they are usually all too short

LinusLovesBretons · 02/09/2015 20:56

Any of these could work shop

LinusLovesBretons · 02/09/2015 20:58

Crap! Link doesn't work.

Search for joggers on Asos and then filter Asos Tall and you'll get three options.

QueenofCardigans · 02/09/2015 21:21

Primark shop. Seriously if you're never going to wear them again just go cheap.

Back to school tomorrow. There was a definite autumnal chill in the air this morning so it will be cold at 8.30 walkng to school.
Great boots marsha

Longislandicetee · 02/09/2015 21:39

Shop hugs to you babe. X

Totally agree with QueenC you can't beat Primark for trackies. And actually they are decent quality. Also their tees (both long and short sleeved) are perfect for post op recovery in hospital. Delivering dd involved a week long stay in hospital, and not being able to move for about 6 weeks. The Primarks stuff was fab.

Marsha love the boots.

Bernice so dmil suggested the Bentley dress and have pondered it for a couple of days, tried it on and been convinced by some very understanding Voguettes that I am not flashing boobs. (Yes, I actually took a cleavage shot Grin). So, now I am not sure what to wear with it! Confused

Drywhitethanks · 02/09/2015 22:23

Shop I agree with all suggestions because, having very short, stumpy legs, I have no clue Grin

On the subject of leg length, I ADORE the GENIUS that is SusieSoSo I have just bitten the bucket and shortened my dark wash Jimmies and they hinestly look fab, got a bit sick of turn ups. Photos coming.....

Drywhitethanks · 02/09/2015 22:25

Can you tell they've been shortened?

Drywhitethanks · 02/09/2015 22:28

They look a bit of an odd colour in the pic, believe me, they're dark wash, not washed out black

shopafrolic · 02/09/2015 22:37

Amazing job Dry well done x

Drywhitethanks · 02/09/2015 23:01

And by the way, I don't go round chewing plastic cleaning receptacles, I obv meant "bite the bullet" Grin

libertydoddle · 03/09/2015 06:10

I was too tired last night to wait up for the online launch of the Ines Uniqlo range. I woke up at 4.30am - pretty much anything I wanted sold out Sad. How crazy is that?

libertydoddle · 03/09/2015 06:11

Dry really good job on the jeans!
Shop big hugs, it will all be fine

QueenofCardigans · 03/09/2015 07:04

Morning. Don't be too despondent lib, there will be returns.
I know I want them to go back to school but do I really have to get up now?

FedupNagging · 03/09/2015 08:06

Morning all, hope those that are back at school today have a good day.

Flowers for you Shop

Lara hmm, not sure about that dress at all!

Happy fantastic haul yesterday. In answer to your question, yes, I like the boot.

Marsha love your new boots purchase too.

Impressed with your needlework Dry and looking at your shoes! have decide I NEED a pair of leopard print flats!

Queen I decided on J Crew pineapple vest with yellow s/s cropped cardigan in the end which, amazingly, worked. I ignored dh's 'is that new comment' Hmm as I've worn the top several times and he even commented on it a couple of weeks ago. Oh and he was with me when I bought it last year!!!

libertydoddle · 03/09/2015 09:11

I forgot to say earlier that I love Marsha's new boots. Smile

Drywhitethanks · 03/09/2015 09:22

Fedup I'm a bit of an expert on leopard print pony flats. Obsessed really. They go with everything in my wardrobe, I wear them loads. BUT.....I have found and others here too that although I think pony hair looks better, it really doesn't wear well and goes bald quickly Sad so I now won't spend £££ on them. Have tried Boden, Daniel, M and S, French Sole and my current 2! pairs were reduvpced from Warehouse. Absolutely no quality difference in the pony hair, just the lining.
I guess if you spent £££ on a pair and, like cashmere and other delicates, wore them sparingly, they'd last longer, but I wear them a lot and am hard on shoes.
