I'm going to sort out my clothes again today. It seems to have got in a mess really quickly again, and I really need to,throw things out/charity rather than putting in black bags!
What can I do with good brand (agent provocateur etc) bras/knickers most of which I've worn once? I won't get round to ebaying plus feel a bit weird about that, will charity shops take them, or are they for the bin?

It's all go here for a Sunday. Part of my jl order has arrived including this beach bag. I've been deliberating over this in store for weeks each time I've seen it but have never quite been sure about it. Having received it at home its a definite no. It's big enough fr everything but just too big.

picked up a pair of flamingo print pumps and some anna sui reading glasses. happy to finally have some reading glasses I like and will feel okay about wearing as the ones i have are ugly and i give myself headaches because i don't change my glasses when i should.

I have looked through the two previous clear out black bags and kept a couple of things, but in total I've cleared 6 black bags!
I've ordered my clothes by type and then by colour following the hoc order anal
I've put the bras in the bags, but kept the knickers, it's the bras that don't fit, so now I won't have to by knickers ever again for a long time. I still feel like I've got far too many clothes probably not the place to admit this, I might at some point try and do that 30 items thing.

I have realised that the colour analysis has totally changed my wardrobe/how I shop, whereas I pay no attention to the style advice. But whereas when I joined this group I was so confused about clothes, I now actually feel in a really good place. However I'm really going to try and stop shopping for awhile now. And work out what of what I have actually works and what doesn't.

Well done Karbea - my wardrobe is much more streamlined nowadays - I almost follow a one out one in rule (almost!).
QueenC shorts are for in the garden and holidays only. I wouldn't be brave enough unless they were city shorts..... Weirdly I'd have less hesitation wearing a short skirt or dress (makes no sense at all)

Also I look ten times better standing up in shorts than sitting down

I get rid of anything that doesn't make me happy. The trouble is I don't necessarily know this until after ive worn it which is annoying. Does anyone else do that? You think you find the perfect item to fill a gap and you love it, only to wear it and realise for whatever reason it just doesn't work? I've got a couple of going out tops like that, that should work but ive worn each twice and find myself always reaching for something else instead.

I've a few things that I can rely on, but I also find depending on my mood there are certain things I prefer, I've read before that your cycle effects what you like to were too.

I think I look amazing in everything when I am ovulating then wonder what the hell was I thinking a week later

Hate the city in the summertime Lib. Lots of cotton, dresses or wide legged trousers. Talc under boobs and butt cheeks (TMI?). One of those miniature travel sized deodorants in handbag and lots of O de Lancôme.

Love it when the city gets really hot. Not sure what work will be like but I have a desk fan. It was part of my anti escape armoury.
