I have a Sophie Anderson beach bag - this one. It is massive but it fits EVERYTHING and will have to last forever!

amber lovely bag and everyone on MNV knows I like my luxury bags understatement of the year but I just can't spend that on a beach bag that will get covered in suntan lotion, leaky fruitjuice cartons and the DC's bodily fluids.

I have one of these huge wicker baskets (very South of France but a pain to carry) that I use now but I want something I can wear over my shoulder.

Linus I've one of those aswell, and a blue one from Elizabeth Hurley that is very old, and a brown one from a beach club in napa. None are good at all. I wanted a clutch but couldn't find one so gave up. We are away again in a week and a half but haven't seen anything perfect either.

Linus that would be a fab beach bag and am with you that it has to be biiig . Will keep an eye out for one with better reduction.

Collected my NAP order from last week today but haven't even opened it yet as have just had to deal with removing a dead pigeon that landed on our balcony. Had to clean the decking with flash to get rid of the maggots, gross and so non-Vogue I do apologise. On second thoughts am going to go and open the box to get that image out of my head!

Let it go Karbea. Black is really not good on a top half item for autumns. I can't wear it at all now I have got used to warmer colours.

Cranagh yes the bag has arrived. I really like it. Need to have a proper play around and make sure it fits everything I need. Good plan to ebay your grey one. I need to get my act together and ebay a few things - can't find the time to sort it out.

Some good bargains on the Atterley sale pages. Love the denim jumpsuit....

A couple of days then I am ordering some clothes. My top and skinny situation is pretty bad.

I was awake far too early this morning with mind whirring with work so ended up just writing the notes rather than thinking about them. I'm surprised it happened as I've actually knocked caffeine out and have decaf- never thought I'd do that. Up until last night have been sleeping very well. I will say the early sunrise and light sky is very pretty.

The one item I am after in jigsaw is not in the sale either Lib - am hopeful it may get reduced in a few weeks.

Love those Sophie Anderson bags but they are too nice and £££ to take to the beach. We used to use the giant ikea bags for all dh & ds's stuff and I'd take a smaller nicer one just for me.

Have been pretty busy lately so I know I definitely missed out on some lovely links. .
