I tried my Mizon good night sleep pack last night. It feels siliconey but went on ok. Nothing amazing this morning but I did drink a fair bit of wind last night???? that probably cancelled the goodness out!

No adverse reactions, so will try again tonight and see how we go!

Chosun and Joseon are the same thing, see here!

Thanks for the link Frugal, I'll save it for the soft play party we're off to later Smile

Wombat, the collagen patches in the green packet stay on better for me than in the gold one. I think they're a case of 'YMMV' as they say on reddit.

They do lip ones too...they're on my novelty items list Grin

NewsreaderChic · 20/06/2015 08:53

Thanks for that link Frugal, I enjoyed reading it if only I could engineer a trip.

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 09:02

I've just been re-studying the routine diagram from Pinterest but it makes no mention of masks like mud/clay...at what point would you use them? I've been using after cleansing, before the Clearasil pads but not sure that's right.

LittleG69 · 20/06/2015 09:07

Hello, I've been lurking on here for ages and have been purchasing lots of goodies based on the stuff I've read. Does anyone want a Holika Holika Aqua Petit BB cream in Aqua Neutral? It's too light for me so I've used it once. I'm happy to post it out to anyone who can use it Smile

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 09:27

Is it a very pale shade Little, I'm still confused by how to pick the right one Confused Grin .

LittleG69 · 20/06/2015 09:38

lucysmam this is where most people would say 'I'm a Mac XYZ' but I don't use Mac! I use shade 32 in the Bourjois CC cream though and the Holika is too light for me. The texture is lovely though so if anyone wants to google it and try it I'll post it out. I don't want anything for it.

And while you're here Lucy which eBay seller did you get your hado labo from please?

ScrambledSmegs · 20/06/2015 09:44

I used the Innisfree sleeping pack last night. Slapped it on, felt a bit Confused about the texture but liked it, went to bed.

This morning my skin looks so good. Well, for me! Brighter, clearer, smoother, less redness, acne scars less visible. This is my new favourite sleeping mask. But oh, the smell Envy. I'm not a fan of sweet smells in general and the sweet grape scent was overwhelming. Bleurgh! Unfortunately I have a really good sense of smell so not great for me. Worth it for the effect on my skin.

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 09:50

Grin Bourjois shades mean nothing to me either! I haven't bought anything over a few quid in years (am making up for it now though!).

I'll find you the hada labo - back in a mo Smile

ScrambledSmegs · 20/06/2015 09:52

Lucysmam, I've been using the 50 shades of snail blackhead clearing routine once a week which recommends using the BHA first, leaving to work for 20 minutes, then using the clay mask. She uses cleansing oil afterwards to gently massage the skin and remove the gunk from your skin. It's great as a once a week deep cleanse. I do it on a Sunday morning as I have more time.

So, in short, maybe do clay masks etc after the acid tone stage?

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 09:53

I went with this one based purely on their feedback rating. May be tempted to order some of the sweetie kits for the girls from them too Grin

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 09:55

I'll try it that way, thanks Scrambled.

XiCi · 20/06/2015 09:58

Morning everyone . Are we all waiting patiently for the postman Smile
I'm waiting for my Mishha sunscreen mist which I think will be ideal for top up spritzs on holiday, you can use over make up too.

The Tonymoly lip scrub arrived in the post yesterday, packaging and smell gorgeous and leaves lips super soft

I've been using the Cosrx Asol for 2 weeks every morning and am really happy with it. It's not drying at all so don't worry about it stripping your skin

All time favourite so far is the sum:37 melting cleansing balm which is similar to the Elemis pro collagen balm but the smell is absolutely heavenly . I can't wait too try the rose stick as well but am holding out until I use up one of my many other cleansers!

Can anyone tell me the difference between the blackhead and whitehead toners from Cosrx?.!I'd heard the blackhead one is similar to paulas choice bha

XiCi · 20/06/2015 10:17

Oh have just seen one is AHA and one is BHA so will go with the BHA. I don't need another aha in my life right now!

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 10:20

XiCi waiting very impatiently! I haven't had a parcel in days now Sad Grin

ScrambledSmegs · 20/06/2015 10:44

I do want to try the Cosrx solutions. Drat it! The Su:m37 balm sounds amazing, it's on my list now! Thanks XiCi. What's the scent like? I'm not too keen on very sweet scents, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Have been browsing for makeup. I told DH I'm just looking but have to admit my finger's been twitching over the 'buy' button for several products - namely the Peripera cushion blushers, the Etude House Play 101 pencils and the Holika Holika eye pencils. Not to mention the new Missha Signature Essence cushion. I love the Laneige pore control cushion but there's something about cushions - I think they're addictive.

bigbuttons · 20/06/2015 10:56

lucy I have the holika red wine mask. I really like it actually. It's not super hydrating but is better that the creamy ones I have.
Right yesterday I ordered the cosrx A-sol. I will use it as a skin prep for my vit c serum. Today I will order the blackhead and next week the whitehead.
I was intrigued reading about them, that although they are very gentle they are very effective. They get better reviews than the Paula's choice.

ScrambledSmegs · 20/06/2015 10:58

That was a great article, thanks Frugal. Really enjoyed reading it. And now I want to go to Seoul.

I think I may have to ask BIL's lovely girlfriend to pick me up a few products when she's got a chance. She's a fight attendant and is often in South East Asia. Although she's so jet-setting that we don't see her that often, sadly!

lucysmam · 20/06/2015 11:01

That's good to know, thanks bigbuttons. I'll try it next week and see how it goes.

Keep us updated about how the three COSRX products work together, I'm half swayed to order them all but not sure it might be overkill Smile

Scrambled, step away from the "buy" button Grin ...but if your finger does accidentally hit buy, I'd like to know how the Holika eye pencils are - I'm after something that doesn't melt down my face when it gets even a little warm outside.

NewsreaderChic · 20/06/2015 11:34

I woke up this morning to a load of eBay and PayPal notifications due to a late night spending spree I'd totally forgotten about - and I'm not even drinking at the moment! I really don't need anything new except maybe a replacement for Emma Hardie balm, which will probably be the sum 37 balm. I must not spend any more.

Dh still making lots of lovely comments on how well I'm looking though.

XiCi · 20/06/2015 11:39

scrambled the balm smell is citrusy, almost like a citronella smell. I just love it.

Don't hesitate at all about buying the Holika Holika jewel eyeliners. They are amazing, beautiful colours and they do not shift, all day. It's even quite difficult to remove with make up remover at the end if the day. I have 3 now, they're the best eyeliners I've ever had and over the years have tried most of the high end European ones.

XiCi · 20/06/2015 11:59

Ok, so somehow whilst researching whitening products I came across an apparent cult favourite in Japan called Tokyo Love Soap, which not only tightens, brightens skin and helps pigmentation but also keeps your quote 'intimate area' smelling fresh all day . It's a whole new world out there Grin

wickedfairy · 20/06/2015 12:01

LittleG, if lucysmam doesn't want the BB cream, may I gave it please? I am very pale (the Scottish deathly pallorSmile), so would love to try it. Thanks
