Bernice the H&M flats were true to size on me, 38 = 5. They're lovely but delivery is a PITA. I was also going to mention them again for Marsha as they have them in a pale blue here. Obviously nowhere near as nice as Lanvin but you could get them as well!

I think I'm going to cry :( I've just done Nike towers, Adidas and I'd sports and my feet are a. 35.5 which means I'm not adult women, I'm not even teenage girl! I'm Velcro woman!!!!

I have had my first child free day in what seems like years. Ds has started afternoons at nursery and I have moved cleaner to Thursdays so from now on can have Fridays all to myself and not spend them cleaning. I am feeling overwhelmed with the possibilities atm! Went to shops for a bit, nothing took my fancy at all. I only bought delicates wash bags from Lakeland.

Karbea oh no! I've got a pair of kids' Nikes (in a 5.5!) and they aren't velcroey. I got them at Nike towers so not sure why they didn't have anything to fit you.

Bernice Those Finery shoes are really nice. I wish I suited that minimalist aesthetic as I always think everything on their site looks lovely quality.

Ok so Topshop order arrived:
Maxi dress - lovely, as expected for £18. Not too long, just above ankle.
Shoes - such nice quality, I love them! They are a bit tight on the toes, only a tiny bit, so I might do the hairdryer trick.
Jacket - slightly odd sizing, it fitted on the shoulders but was quite big on the body. Doing the drawstring helped but I'm not sure about the length either. It's a shame as it's exactly what I wanted and I know I'll wear it loads. I may have a quick browse for a shorter one before I decide.

I will wear it with skinnies/straight jeans justa possibly with slim trousers. It's lovely, back is slightly longer and it drapes nicely.

I getting at the Yoda comments. As I said need to practice what I preach!

I think I'm going to order online. Which website is best for kids shoes? There were lots of very spoilt children pushing in Nike towers shoes everywhere, the staff were running around after the kids... I gave up, couldn't see anything, but there might have been.

They've got some size 3s on asos. Or what about Next, Very, or department stores?

I know blair I just looked on asos, god knows why the west end was so useless!

I think it's 2.5s that I need.

it went well. very well so i was told. i had lots of lovely, positive feedback saying how good mine was and how interesting, different and intense it was. not bad for a couple of wii motes eh?

I am thoroughly exhausted though so just got into pjs and going to drink tea and just try to decompress a bit
