We've been out for dinner with friends at a local italian. I wore my orange rockstuds as I'd not worn them yet, teamed them with white acne jeans, coz off white vest, flowery multi zara blazer and a bright pink clutch (old and cheap). Was probably a bit holidayey, but sod it, after a day grubby hosing down the garden felt like being white and bright!
I think I'm getting a cold, darn planes.

Hope those out enjoyed their nights and are not too hungover today and those who had a night in had a relax.
I started to sort mine and the DC summer clothes out last night, being ruthless and going to get rid of things I know I won't wear. Will finish off tonight.
I too have been on ASOS (too easy to order on there) but whilst on a cuppa sat in bed as opposed to the Prosecco!
Have ordered this bag to hopefully go with the light blue bit on these that I got a while back to wear to a friends wedding later this month Alice heels
and these that I've had saved for ages but having watching to see if they discount them. They have discounted every other colour so I've given up waiting! gazelles.
Really should get up but everyone is just enjoying chilling in bed so making the most it!

Morning all, very hungover here. We went to a Hawaiian restaurant which I had never tried before but was amazing, very Japanese in style. Stupidly hit the saki at the end of the evening, then dancing and sambucca ... Ow.

I love southeast Asia Blair but have never been at that time of year. I think it would be OK, after the monsoon which is in the summer but may be a little on the cool side.
My favourite time is probably Jan- April. Last time we went to Malaysia it was May and a bit too hot ( and I am a total sun worshipper).

I have to take the DC to a May fair today, whereas I want to crawl into bed and hide. Will probably wear stripey J- Crew maxi skirt and tee.

It's been a very stressful week in a lot of ways and I feel pretty wiped out from it if I'm honest. I can see this coming week being the same as well so trying to brace myself for that

My mum is from the Philippines and her best friend owns a tiny diving resort there and I know they tend to come back to the UK between June-October because it's quieter for them, not sure if that's to do with weather. I can contact her and ask what the weathers like around then etc if you like blairw

stokey and maz thanks! We're doing a tour, China/Hong Kong/Macau and thought that it would be nice to have a few days chilling in a beachy place at the end. If not, we might do another city instead. The reason we want to do it this autumn is because we have other holiday plans for next year and don't want it to be too long after the wedding.
Anything you can find out would be helpful maz thank you! What did you order from asos?

I wore my cobalt Gigis for the first time today! I really love my Gigis all three pairs of them

My legs are as white as a ghost so I did wear the M&S jeggings and a Next top from the older girls section.

It was £15 and a bit Isabel Marant-esque so I couldn't resist. I got the 15 year old size (16 year old was sold out) and it's perfect.

I nearly bought that blouse linus but after trying the girls gap one I realised that those sleeves don't suit me.

Had a fab night. Just what I needed especially as I could sit and chill as my friends kids were stropping about! Lovely night of prosecco and watching old music videos!

Just been choosing carpet and paint samples this afternoon for the living room as the walls are finally ready to paint. Such a scary decision though.

Will be fantasy shopping this evening.

QueenC I have chosen and bought the paint for my front room to be decorated. it's going to be a two lovely shades of green which will go with the furniture and everything else in the room like the framed prints and the curtains and cushions I already have. just have to wait until there's a good weekend over the summer that my Dbro can make time to do it in for me as it's not something i can do myself. I do want to change the light shade and other little bits but they can wait to be bought until closer to the time it's going to be done. i managed to get the paint while there was an offer on it so it came in under budget which was nice

still not feeling great but my temperature has come down and i don't look so grey and washed out which is good. pain in my kidneys is reducing so i'm hopeful that the ABs are doing their job and i wont have to go back for any more

linus how is it around your chest area? I've tried a few young girls clothes on and although the fit, they hang weirdly as there are no darts.

karbea it fits fine on the chest but, then again, I am only a B cup.

Evening all. What a lovely day. Morning spent in the garden, afternoon at the forest looking at the bluebells and eating ice cream. A few glasses of prosecco and the Good Wife tonight.
