It's March. Spring is in the air. We are looking forward to losing layers and baring ankles.

This is the volume of the hen do and wedding. Will queen manage to get shop to wear penis boppers Grin. And will we all shed a tear when the beautiful blair gets married.

Following on from here

Thanks blair yes I did see those but am worried about them staying on my feet as they are ankle tie only whereas the boden ones have a zip at the back. Will try on in shop if I see them.
Love that print Mara is it the same as the skirt santa just got?

I feel ill. I had not eaten all day then had greasy fish and chips out of desperation on the way back from mils and ate really quickly. Feel bloated and yucky.

OneLittleLady · 15/03/2015 21:57

No, betty Dp couldn't get up this weekend and I haven't been well enough to travel, trying to conserve my energy for a week on thursday when I fly. plus I have a grotty coach trip to london the day before so am trying to take it easy in hopes of making the travelling a bit easier on myself.

thank you for the Thanks everyone

Fedupnagging · 15/03/2015 22:04

Flowers for you One and anyone else who is finding today difficult.

Love love love that leopard print bag Linus. Sadly it's way out of my price range.

Ujjayi forgot to say the cab fare is all ok.

Sounds like you are having a lovely holiday Lib. Weather is rubbish so no chance of any sunburn here! Hope it eases soon. Aloe Vera is good for taking the sting out of sunburn.

bettykt · 15/03/2015 22:20

Thanks Ujj will investigate

Thought of Amber today, was sat in Waitrose cafe, oh the glamour, flicking through You magazine and came across this page down for Charlotte Beecham/Simone who is wearing HL leather leggings, Stans and carrying a Bon Bon bag.

LinusDKD · 16/03/2015 07:37

Morning!

mara is it this dress you saw?

I love the print but it does look quite short. The model does have incredibly long legs though.

one so sorry you missed your DM terribly yesterday. I know I complain about mine a lot but I do love her and I am lucky to have her in my life.

That is one big belt blair!

lib I'm like that, I put spf everywhere but one little spot and then I get sunburned there. Glad you're enjoying your holiday!

We are leaving at Easter for a week and thankfully there are some great shopping opportunities where we're going. Last time I was there I bought my Colts and J Choo bikers so I have high hopes on the shoe front!

LinusDKD · 16/03/2015 07:41

Or this one?

Looks lovely but I think I might be too short for it.

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 09:56

Damn you Amber Grin You know it's bad when you dream about shoes! have ordered these beauties

maradesbois · 16/03/2015 10:20

Morning all,

Linus it's neither of those but I honestly didn't imagine it! The neckline is like the second one but colour is same as first one. The shape is a bit like the second one but skirt is straight and much shorter. Despite the high neck it looked lovely and summery. Think the print is same as Santa's skirt, it's lovely.

The only thing I bought on Sat was this belt for wearing with summer dresses. Saw it on nap ages ago but didn't want to pay the postage for a small item.

QueenCardigan · 16/03/2015 10:58

one hugs for you. I think Mother's Day is so hard when you've lost a mum. Too much is made of it really I think. I was surprised that ds class made mothers day cards as it's coming up to a year since a little boy lost his mum.

just I've considered those shoes as I love the navy and the silver. Are they really pointy or just more sort of almond toe shaped? Really I want round toed like the IM ones WIT has.

LinusDKD · 16/03/2015 11:23

this one mara?

I really like this but I would hve to try it on as I'm not sure a ruffled high collar would suit me.

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 11:46

I'm going to return the Madewell playsuit. The size Large is too big, Medium too small and the more I think about it, a pure silk playsuit with suntan lotion around is probably not a wise move. Shame, as it was lovely but I need my sensible head on.

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 11:47

Oh and the Comptoir white dress has arrived and is lovely - just need the Massimo one to arrive to compare as I'll only keep one.

bettykt · 16/03/2015 12:24

Shop those sandals truly are a thing of beauty. Envy I saw a playsuit pretty similar to that Madewell one but at a fraction of the price, i'll try and rack my brains and hopefully link it.

Mara a very useful and versatile belt, I like it a lot.

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 12:26

Thanks Betty
Amber how was your MU?

Stokey · 16/03/2015 12:26

Interesting article betty, Tabitha Webb went to my school. I haven't bought any of her recent stuff but have a couple of her bags from her past incarnation. One's covered in studs and weighs about the same as my youngest child.

I need some trainers but not sure what to go for. I was about to buy some junior white Stan Smiths but think they'll look weird with opaques and skirts. So maybe some black ones (baaaaa). I keep thinking of a pair of red leather reeboks I had in the 90s that I loved. The conclusion - I need more than one pair of trainers!

Oh and glad you got the stripey jumper Dry, it's really nice.

maradesbois · 16/03/2015 12:55

Linus yes, that's it. On the hanger the collar looked same as this one worn by Poppy D.

Shop glad you have a viable white dress option.

Stokey your post about trainers gave me a flashback to Sat going on to you about 'back in the '90s' and how we weren't sheep bla bla!!

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 13:14

5cm of bag charm!? gasp

shopafrolic · 16/03/2015 13:25

As in OMG that's £££££££

justasecond · 16/03/2015 14:24

Queenc they are not really pointy as in they don't come to a sharp point but are not really almond toe either. The only round toe ones I have seen are these[[http://www.freepeople.co.uk/shoes-flats-loafers/maelyn-cradle-flat/]]

QueenCardigan · 16/03/2015 14:35

justa I love those free people ones and had come across them when I've been doing extensive searches! I just don't lke the colours sadly. I think I'll leave the boden ones and hope that I find the right ones for me.

Karbea · 16/03/2015 15:47

OneLittleLady · 16/03/2015 16:33

OneLittleLady · 16/03/2015 16:33

Mynameismary123 · 16/03/2015 17:01

Lurker here, after having a baby last year Id really lost my fashion mojo.
With the occasional lurking on here and stealing some of your tips and finds I think I'm gradually getting it back along with some lost confidence. So big thanks to you all and your links. Keep up your good work ladies.

OneLittleLady · 16/03/2015 17:22

Argh, no links to be found but anyway, I bought a black, coated skater skirt, just above knee length on me and a black velvet and lace overlay playsuit. I may also have bought some Bambi slippers but we won't talk about that Grin
