everyone with two legs has a thigh gap, that's how they move independently.

all women have what Carol is displaying in this picture too - but generally we don't like it shown in public!

SuperFlyHigh · 08/02/2015 19:34

Clara I have an old friend who since she's been a teen will only wear black g strings even with white clothes although I think then she goes commando.

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 08/02/2015 19:45

There's something odd about that picture besides the camel toe! Her posture is very odd, doesn't look natural!

I don't wear knickers under my running tights at all but I also don't wear them hoicked up to my middle and my tops cover my arse so no came toe to be seen here.

Skinheadmermaid · 08/02/2015 19:51

You could drive a bus through her labia.

LineRunner · 08/02/2015 20:01

She's got her jumper tucked into her tights.

RosyAuroch · 09/02/2015 11:36

If it is, Madonna obviously hasn't heard about it before picking last night's Grammy outfit

Pico2 · 09/02/2015 11:48

She isn't an Engineer. She has a poor degree in Engineering. That doesn't make her an Engineer.

gonegrey56 · 09/02/2015 12:19

She got a third class degree at Cambridge ....

Branleuse · 09/02/2015 12:46

what is peoples problems with her.

I mean, yes you can see her fanny a bit too much there, but all women have fannies. Sometimes you accidently see it. Its hardly a big deal

boogiewoogie · 09/02/2015 12:53

The key phrase is "by discipline".
Fwiw, I really wanted to be CV on countdown when I was at school. My uni tutor expressed contempt at the suggestion of her being a mathematician when we had a discussion about women in sciences hence my comment. Yes, I know this is a thread about that terrible photo. Anyway,I'm off to lunch.

TRexingInAsda · 09/02/2015 12:54

Is that not just the seam in those leggings?

Linskibinski · 09/02/2015 12:54

Wow disturbing on so many levels. Just horrifying! So glad to be dumpy old me with no one interested in photographing my nonexistent thigh gap!Grin

cardamomginger · 09/02/2015 13:27

OK. So Madge has a black g-string on under her fishnets. So far so uncontroversial. So she has flipped up her skirt to flash everyone. For her, so far so uncontroversial.

But what the Jeff is that band of fabric under her buttocks supposed to be? How does it 'work'? What does it achieve? What happens when she needs a wee?

ilooklikemrsploppy · 09/02/2015 13:39

Her posture does look funny. I think she's tilting her pelvis backwards to exaggerate the thigh gap. I've put the paper pants on back to front too when going for a spray tan
Unfortunately I realised too late and the beautician came in and looked at me like a pervert. My genitals resembled a large block of cheese just about to be cut in half with a cheese wire.

Tough - fact that it was Cambridge, in and of itself, means squat. Depends on how good Cambridge was at that time for engineering. Does any of it really matter?

cardamomginger · 09/02/2015 13:48

Just asked DH (engineer). He says Cambridge and Oxford had very strong engineering departments in the late 1970s (when CV attended). Since the late 1980s they have been overtaken by Imperial.

cardamomginger · 09/02/2015 13:48

I still want to know what Madge's buttock-sling is all about.

Think it is to push up her cheeks cardamom

flipchart · 09/02/2015 13:56

Crikey! CV has had a decent education, went to a good university in a good subject and has done well for herself and people are picking holes in her degree and what she has or hasn't.
So petty and annoying.
Ok the picture is a bit odd but it's just becoming a bitchfest.
No need.

thenightsky · 09/02/2015 13:59

I reckon Madge's buttock sling is about creating uplift. she's my age (well one year older than me) and I know my bum would be half way down my thighs in them fishnets... ie: hanging out under that short skirt Grin

Hoppinggreen · 09/02/2015 13:59

I could be wrong but I don't think she went to Cambridge University at all.
I think she went to some sort of college in Cambridge.
Off to Google
Not that this has any relevance to her showing her fanjo

Hoppinggreen · 09/02/2015 14:01

No, she did - soz Carol.
Still, stop standing funny and wear bigger knickers.
