Am going away this weekend to stay with a friend . It will involve some shopping, and lots of chatting, cocktails and fizz.

When I was sorting what to wear/pack, I realised I still have a lot of winter clothes in my wardrobe that I have not yet worn this winter. It seems that I am really only wearing a handful of items (that I love) really regularly. I should probably get of of them I guess?

Your weekend sounds lovely Fedup. Maybe go through the things you're not wearing and split into a Keep and Throw pile. I've got a bag of jumpers in the corner of my room that I got out at the start of the winter but have only delved into once so I guess they're going.

My package has arrived from Shop and I love them all. Thank you. Will probably use/ wear everything today to brighten up a grey/black outfit. No snow here yet but very cold. So will have to wear my shearling boots

Going out shortly to go look at bridesmaids dresses with my 2 sisters and also to see the wedding dress she picked. Going to be interesting finding our dresses as my sister and i are different colouring (im dark haired pale skin she is blonde and looks a healthy tan iykwim)

I am usually a 37,5 marsha but sometimes a 37 and my Manolos are even a 36.5. Then again, sometimes I am a 38 like in my French Sole flats.

I vaguely remember that I once tried a 37.5 in Lanvin but I'm not sure anymore.

Not sure yet if I'll bite the bullet either as I really hate paying fp for things that do get discounted at some point.

I am in Waitrose having a tea while dd plays tennis. on your clothes, yes you need to be ruthless. If you get to the end of winter and haven't worn them then get rid. I am eyeing up a number of tops that will probably go that way. have a lovely weekend.

so I finally scratched the Bayswater itch and have bought one. I have one already in a great colour which I use for work but this is just a knock about, chuck my crap in there on a weekend type bag. I feel somewhat bad saying that given that's what my mulberry mitzy hobo and Aspinal biker are all aimed at. so trying to justify by saying I might use it as a travel bag. There is no justification it is just an itch

No snow here. DP is at work - it's that time of year! So my task for today is writing the wedding invitations. I have a spreadsheet! It's going better than I anticipated :)

The great thing about online shopping is you don't have to get out of bed to do it , the bad thing is you have to wait for it to arrive

Hi all. I am sat in the car outside my house while DS sleeps off "the best play date ever". He and MiniLib get on so well it is very sweet. We've had a great time and swapped lots, and Lib is now the proud owner of my Chloe peacoat which looks great on her. I have some lovely new knitwear in winter colours and a Uniqlo navy silk shirt which fits better as it has concealed buttons. Lib has my old red Levi's M&C dress, and my Me&em teal Grecian one. Need to go through the bags when I get in. Wake up little man!
Santa it is DS' party next Sunday and birthday 26th

QueenC, I bought the traditional bayswater in oak. Dh bought me one in grey moleskin/suede for Christmas about 3/4 years ago.

After blinging it all week, am wearing some simple jewelry today including 3 simple stacking rings. 2 silver ones engraved with initials of the dcs and gold one with dh's initial.

I'm having a relaxing afternoon. Dd's are on playmates and parties and ds has a play date here. Dh is out cycling. I almost don't know what to do with myself!
