Evening, I am so wiped out.

Work has been full on, but since ds finishes at 3.30 rather than longer days at nursery it's been testing to fit it all in. Although I only work 2 to 3 days a week from home, it is amazing how quickly those school hours go.

Am beat, browsing My-W and possibly Matches, but think I need codes

hmm only thing I'm drawn to on My-W are the grey pistols and I already have them. resists urge to stock up

I actually think I might be shopped out. I keep thinking must treat myself must treat myself but I don't want anything. Definitely not well.

I still feel dreadful but I have to go in tomorrow for 2 hours as I am hosting an event for 60 people and no way out of it.

TBH the output wasn't good enough. Things not great ATM and I'm finding work very hard. Will tough it out to end of month then have a couple of weeks off and regroup a bit and decide if I actually want to stay on this project or not - it's really interesting but v v hard work.

Here are the Paige Hoxton jeans I bought today. I actually cannot believe I have just spent that much on a pair of jeans but I do love them. My ankles are thicker than the model so they don't gape on me the way they do in the link. When I went in I said I didn't want to spend that amount and I tried on loads of Lee and Levis etc which were ok but still £100 and no better then Gap etc fit wise. I eventually said to the guy (lovely man called Paulo) to bring me whatever he thought would look best having just seen me in several and ignore price and he produced the Hoxtons . I have mentally justified on the basis that I only wear jeans at the weekend so one decent pair should last for ages.

Funny enough Linus he also produced a couple of pairs of Jimmy's for me . I really liked them in a black wash so will keep my eyes peeled for some in the sales.

liberty your jeans are lovely! and just think you can now get them in other colours as they come up in sales and you'll know for sure they'll look great.

My first expensive jeans were Paige, I got them in the States and they were petite, so they fitted perfectly.

Just went for a run and need to jump in the shower and get dressed.

Fed up with skinnies so might wear a dress. Maybe our C&P dress dry but I'm not sure if I can wear opaques yet as it's currently 15 degrees.

I am going to ignore the Paige link but I'm finding it hard not to buy anything. Well, one more week to go and I can unleash myself in NY.
