Love the Valentino red "new Disco" bag and the Burberry you linked for Shop too. The T Mellon halter neck dress is lovely, is very me. I agree QueenC I look forward to your Sunday morning links as much as reading the Sunday supplements .
Fedup despite my name I actually love most reds too, ESP Chillean, but they give me monster hangovers. I ADORE a heavy red with a very smelly cheeseboard....that is my ultimate meal, forget the sweet stuff, give me a fantastic cheese board any day Grin

Karbea · 21/09/2014 09:18

I love those links! I'd love to get a hat this aw but I'd have no idea which one or how to style it.
Love Boodles Blossom.

Karbea · 21/09/2014 09:21

fedup I really like those boots actually. But m&s should be shot got that styling!

bettykt · 21/09/2014 09:34

Dry well done on finding your perfecr leather skirt, the hunt is finally over. Hope you had a lovely evening last night.

Fedup, my place of work is smart casual, plus it’s a part time job so won’t need to buy too much but am already looking at items to smarten up my casual wardrobe. You're right about the boots, they have styled them pretty badly haven't they?

Queen, how come you are returning the shoe boots? Are they not right for you? I picked mine up yesterday but still haven’t tried them on yet. In answer to your question my work life is quite complicated, I am mostly a SAHM but with 3 part time jobs. I love your Sunday morning links especially the Valentino bag

Karbea, love the sound of curry and Chanel. I too am envious of your bag

Linus lovely classic Manolos, they are gorgeous. Am very envious about your NY trip, a visit to Madewell would be on my list too.

Novice I bet you were the best dressed mum at soft play

Shop am very Envy at your babysitter’s rate, I’d be every weekend, my babysitter charges a lot more but she used to work at dc pre-school so am comfortable with her doing the job.

Mara, very elegant Zarita dresses, will you keep both? Hope you see dh today and have a lovely day as a family.

One what a lovely sweet dp you have, very thoughtful. Hope you enjoy your day together today, next weekend will come around very quickl especially as you have the perfect distraction – uni

Blair, was it this weekend you were going to a wedding show?

Marsha is the hunt for the perfect navy pea coat still on? Loved the one Queen linked.

Amber you must have a secret twin!

Where is Liberty, haven’t seen her for ages on here,

Loved the Saturday night drunken love-ins Grin

I’ve found my pleather skirt, ordered it from here

Am currently trying the buy 2 cardigans, ,

Fedupnagging · 21/09/2014 09:35

Karbea totally agree! I will order both boots and hopefully style them a little better.

I wear hats all winter and tend to go for a cloche or trilby style - the ted baker hat Queen linked is lovely.

Dry am with you on the cheese and wine. Usually a very dry Chardonnay and a very strong, eye wateringly sharp cheddar.

LinusDKD · 21/09/2014 09:40

fedup what's the weather like in NY in October? I went last year but in July but luckily it wasn't too hot then.

A trip to Sephora is also on my list as I reas a lot of beauty blogs and they always keep going on about that store.

Drywhiteplease · 21/09/2014 10:04

Oooh Fedup for me a full bodied red , (Bordeaux, Rioja or Cab Sauv from Chile) and a Brie de Meaux , Epoisses and Saint Agur that have sweated out of the fridge and contaminated the houseGrin for a few hours so they're escaping served with Nairn oatcakes...... Up here they served Fruit cake and Wensleydale (I love it with cheddar) it's odd at first but delicious.

Fedupnagging · 21/09/2014 10:05

Linus we went the last week in October and the weather was typically autumnal. It was generally sunny but chilly although a couple of days were really warm. Layering is the way to go I think. I took a biker jacket which was fine and just added hat, gloves and scarf as needed.

Fedupnagging · 21/09/2014 10:09

Dry I just love dm's homemade fruit cake with cheddar, Wensleydale, Cheshire or Lancashire cheese. Oh and Wensleydale cheese on toast with Worcestershire sauce. Yum Smile

Ok, am getting up now to make cakes...

BrandyAlexander · 21/09/2014 10:13

Morning all! Love that Blossom bracelet QueenC, if only it would get into dh's sub-consciousness before Xmas.Grin

Linus, NY is quite mild in October, that's when the weather starts turning and getting autumnal so it's not too warm (like now, where it's usually about 25 degrees C) but more like (16/17 degrees).

Sephora is my absolute must go to store for every single trip to the US. if you have time and love their products, head over to Khiels on Third Street. It's the original store and the best one. The samples you get are jaw dropping.

Everyone rushes to Bloomingales, but I always found it a pain (you're either an Upper Eastside person or you're not) and nothing special but I prefer Saks Fifth Avenue.

MarshaBrady · 21/09/2014 12:05

I love the Sunday morning QueenC link fest too. That and the ST Style plus espresso, sunshine and our refreshing morning run and I'm super happy.

The peacoat is lovely and the ST Style is making me want a Saint Laurent bag.

MarshaBrady · 21/09/2014 12:06

I mean very happy, not sure I can quite do all super Grin

MarshaBrady · 21/09/2014 12:09

Lol Dry, dh was given a cheese board at work instead of a birthday cake. Because he prefers it too. Made me laugh.

QueenCardigan · 21/09/2014 12:21

So glad you all like my links. I look forward to getting up and lazing around on the iPad doing them. It's almost as fun as real shopping.

betty I returned the boots because they didn't really work with how I wanted to wear them. I wanted them for nights out with jeans. I might go for proper heeled ankle boots if I can find some cheap enough.

santamarianovella · 21/09/2014 12:31

Love all the links, and love all the Saturday night drunk posts, we love you too fedup

linus that sounds fab, and madewell AW stuff looks really nice,

shop AB working? Hope you are feeling better

queen I was at bday party yesterday with dd too, She climbed and sat on my lap for like 10 min before joining the other kids, not fun at all!

I've decided to return the Chloe loafers,it's just not a wise purchase, and I've shown them to dh when he came home last night, and he killed the idea of me ever owning loafers Sad

Drywhiteplease · 21/09/2014 13:03

queenC these boots are my mid height shoe boots. I wear them with slim bf jeans and skinnies. The look good with dresses and skirts.
I love these were in You mag last week and again looking great on a model this week. Tempted.

BrandyAlexander · 21/09/2014 13:55

I have just bought what might possibly go down as the weirdest buy ever! I was on the gap website buying clothes for dd. I double checked the size chart for year as she's tall (yes, she's genetically mine!). Anyway I noticed on the size chart that their 13yo sizes are my size. So I chucked in a top and 2 pairs of jeans leggings into the basket.Blush The jeans are £8.99 on sale. The same adult jeans are £38! They are being delivered. No one will know!.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 21/09/2014 16:34

Love it novice! Jeans are jeans.

santa what did your DH say? I hate it when men do that.

betty I think liberty is v v busy with work.

mara good one on the Zaritas.

Wedding fair was fun, I got a couple of new ideas and bags and bags full of leaflets and magazines. My lovely friends went around picking up freebies for me while I entered every competition going. We were there from 11am-1pm then we went for lunch and ended up staying out until 10, MU-style Grin

Drywhiteplease · 21/09/2014 16:44

Blair that sounds like a fabulous day. Keep us posted with your ideas.
Novice good buy.

OneLittleLady · 21/09/2014 16:57

dp is going to bring my guitar home for me when he comes up either this coming weekend or the next.i couldnt manage it myself.

QueenCardigan · 21/09/2014 19:04

Flowers for one.
novice I'd do the same if I were as petite as you!

LinusDKD · 21/09/2014 19:18

What a lovely DP you have one! And (((hugs))) for the tears. DH is going to be gone a lot next week and the following weeks and I am not looking forward to it. Sad

santa oh no, I loved those Chloé loafers. What does your DH have against them?

novice I can get away with buying a hoody from the teenage boy range at H&M but I doubt if I could do the same with trousers. Lenght wise wouldn't be a problem as I am short but my hips and thighs would not cooperate. Grin

blair sounds like you had a great time!

Drywhiteplease · 21/09/2014 19:23

Amber!!!!' You're back blogging YEY here and, am I imagining it! or did you mention me?Grin feel very special Thanks. Outfit pics and everything.....I'm happy.
