And...I've just tried my camel coat with Jimmy/Petty/disco combo and that works too Grin

Drywhiteplease · 18/09/2014 19:31

I could only admit on MNV the amount of thought and effort I go to for a night at the pub Grin

santamarianovella · 18/09/2014 19:34

Sorry sleep I have no idea , I'm not a big fan of Indian food Blush, in all my years living in London I just went to one place,Bernese I think? Think it's at Berkeley square. but hope you have an awesome night,
awks love the sound of your outfit , enjoy your evening!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 19:58

Thanks sleep Smile Blush

Have fun tonight Dry and Awks, both looking fab.

Our freezer has died a slow death over the last couple of days, so we've spent tonight so far cooking stuff and planning how to eat the rest.
Will it be ok to freeze portions of bolognese etc which have been cooked tonight, 48 hours from now? (Freezer arriving sat morning, needs to sit for 12 hours before we can use it)

MarshaBrady · 18/09/2014 20:44

Mara I think so, every time I try them on my feet get too warm!

Blair good point. We have a new fridge freezer turning up soon, will have to leave it empty too I guess.

LinusDKD · 18/09/2014 20:47

Mmm not sure about that blair. What does Google say? Grin

MarshaBrady · 18/09/2014 20:48

And I missed your question. Freeze 48 hours from now. Hmm, not sure either!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 20:54

I thought it would be borderline. Might have to call upon neighbours! It's so hard when something like this happens mid week and we both work. And neither of our cars would fit a new freezer in (slimline under counter one) Grin so it had to be delivered.

Karbea · 18/09/2014 20:56

I think you're supposed to refreeze ASAP (sorry for butting in).

Fedupnagging · 18/09/2014 21:00

Ha ha Sleep, I have used a similar tactic with ds2 who is my lazy less well motivated son. He has just started another course so fingers crossed! Ds3 just didn't see the need to listen to yet more motivating speeches about how important this gcse year is blah blah blah......

Anyway, enjoy your evenings sleep and dry. Glad everything all goes together dry. Any sign of the leather skirt?

Awks love the dress you linked and your evening sounds like it will be great fun.

Blair I would keep the bolognaise in the fridge then freeze on sat, it will be fine.

No style news from me as it's still no spend (sort of) September and am bored of the silver shoe search.

QueenCardigan · 18/09/2014 21:02

blair I personally wouldn't take the risk. For the sake of chucking a few bits away is worth it not to get food poisoning.
shop I giggled when you said you can't do boho. I can't imagine you in that either. Can't wait to hear about your styling session.
dry are you rolling jimmies up with pettys? I think your pettys are similar to my new boots and it's the flatness that I'm having problems with.
awks I always find gap trousers fit me really well. They sometimes only do full length but I get them taken up to be cigarette length.
one have a fab time in London Wink

Just about to paint my nails. I'm going to ignore my toenails as cba right now and as it's raining I'm hoping not to be in sandals tomorrow!

Fedupnagging · 18/09/2014 21:05

Oh dear, it seems I have a more relaxed approach to freezing food than others Blush.

santamarianovella · 18/09/2014 21:05

O god! I'm the last person to know about these things blair I usually cook small quantities, and keep any leftovers in fridge for next day's lunch. I actually dont know how to properly freeze food Blush

MarshaBrady · 18/09/2014 21:07

I love it. We all just have champers and carrot sticks in the fridge right? Grin

not true

MarshaBrady · 18/09/2014 21:07

Although I just remembered I do have a bottle of champers sitting there chilled already!

BrandyAlexander · 18/09/2014 21:12

Hello! lots of prosecco on empty stomach. bad! and I am in a cab. on a bumpy road. ugh.

maradesbois · 18/09/2014 21:20

Always champagne in our fridge Marsha Grin.

Blair I am with Fedup, would just keep in fridge and freeze on Sat, it'll be fine.

QueenC oh no, hope it's not raining in London tomorrow, was hoping for sunshine and wearing a dress. Those blue shoe boots were v nice, did you get them?

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 21:20

Lol novice!

Thanks all for advice... karbea I like to think you were concerned enough about potential food poisoning to delurk Wink hello there!
I am quite relaxed about this stuff too fedup but yes, think I will have to beg next door for a little freezer space just for tomorrow night. So glad at times like this we only have a little freezer. I go to waitrose every single day! And do like to always have fizz in the fridge, but not usually champagne

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 21:23

X post with mara, it's now looking more even Grin

Karbea · 18/09/2014 21:24

Blair I've been meaning to de lurk for awhile! but I'm on a serious spending ban, so haven't had much to contribute...

Fedupnagging · 18/09/2014 21:25

Evening Novice, sounds like you had a good evening Grin. What shoes are you wearing?

Shame about the watch. Hope you don't feel too bleugh later!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 21:25

And lol, DP just said to me "Is that champagne we've got in the fridge?" Sadly not! But it is lovely sparkling wine from our french trip.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/09/2014 21:26

Karbea well you've done it now Wink are you on Pin? When does the spending ban end?

MarshaBrady · 18/09/2014 21:27

If it fizzes Blair it's in Wink

Karbea welcome, or welcome back. From earlier threads I think!

Fedupnagging · 18/09/2014 21:30

Hi Karbea. You don't have to spend to be welcome here Smile. I link much more than I actually buy and love looking at what others are linking, or buying. It's great for inspiration too.
