What to wear on my feet with cigarette pants?

I've got a pair of these which I always wear when I need to be smart and in the warmer weather I wear them with smart flipflops/sandals or flattish pumps (would love to do heels but can't walk in them!) but what do I do when it gets colder? None of the footwear options I have seem to work.

I was wondering about black brogues but don't want to look like Max Wall although I don't have very big feet. Or maybe a slimmer fitting boot of some kind?

Agree with the poster on another thread who said footwear completely dictates the rest of the outfit - I end up wearing clothes that don't really work for what I want just to accommodate the sort of shoes I need to wear.

I like these from Zara and was paying for them when I realised they are mostly plastic. V disappointing. They are very nice. Not black tho, dark navy.

Oh God, the horror that is plastic shoes. You only make the mistake of wearing them once, don't you!? I can do fabric (eg faux suede) but not vinyl/plastic. Shame about those shoes, as they are cute.

To the person who asked what shoes she should wear with cigarette trousers heels and other shoes I don't think look good with them them best shoes to go with cigarette trousers are white trainers flat ones not chunky trainers , cigarette trousers with. White trainers look cool and smart! Pointy heels , ankle boots, brogues, ballet pumps and loafers definitely not! They would all just look weird with cigarette trousers, but white flat trainers definitely look good with them, just my opinion and I love fashion have loads of cigarette trousers and with the white trainers (definitely NO pop socks) they look good!!
