Hello all :)
I've been feeling the cold today, so tomorrow's choice of clothes is tube skirt with tights, slouchy jumper, warm scarf, slouchy boots.
The morning routine involves a strong coffee, hot water with lemon, vitamins, shredding, shower and moisturising.
Been tracking my food intake on MFP, not sure if it does anything, but I have hardly had any sweets (replaced them with chopped apples).
I restarted running, but I am taking it really really easy. I also have bought new running shoes. I absolutely love my Sunday morning run, before the house is up.
And I have bought some nice lounge wear, not that I get to wear it much :)
Need to buy new socks, I felt quite ashamed at my pilates class, kept losing my sock (the other one stayed, because it wasn't the pair, but it was really discoloured).
Had a look at my party dresses and cleaned and ironed them, ready for the madness to come. And changed my lipstick for something a bit brighter.
I think I need a back massage, it is killing me.
