back again ladies. was sleep deprived and had to do lots of Ebaying stuff on DH's work laptop, so whenever he saw me on something other than EBay, he would remark.

well done enormouse with the running in this weather, I need to get back out there.

cool, helga that your DD is toddling already. Do you think that the sleepless nights are developmental leaps and teething rolled into one? DS still wakes wanting a "top up"( Angry ) so..."onward Christian soldiers, marching as to war..."

I've been doing my weekly hair conditioning, but not really any other maintainance. Detangled about 1 in the past fortnight, so not looking forward to doing it again soon .

will try and go to bed early tonight but only one hour since DS went to bed.

down with colds here and D's off school for a few days so diet and exercise went AWOL. Tried to get back on track with a beautifying bath and treatments but dh left bath running with shower sprayhead on. As a result water came down through the kitchen light fitting. Bath abandoned and fuse switches for lights put to off. Can't beautify what you can't see...Shock

The chin up bar is pretty cool. My bingo wings really hurt today, I'm taking that as a positive sign!

Thanks Tea and Edith. The electrician is coming on Wednesday so lights back on then. Problem is that lights are off everywhere in the house and I don't have time to bathe during the day. Will concentrate on my long neglected nails! Grin

edith DD is 14 months. She's never slept well but she has a cold at the moment. DH and I have just developed sore throats so think that might have been last nights problem. Doesn't explain the other 14 months but hey ho!

Lights and bath back in action so serious beautifying this morning. Sitting in Supermarket after flu jab.

Recommitting to better eating habits and exercise. Thrown by cold and October school break so ds around a lot and less time for weights.
Have been eating Halloween chocolate...Sad

Hello all :)
I've been feeling the cold today, so tomorrow's choice of clothes is tube skirt with tights, slouchy jumper, warm scarf, slouchy boots.
The morning routine involves a strong coffee, hot water with lemon, vitamins, shredding, shower and moisturising.
Been tracking my food intake on MFP, not sure if it does anything, but I have hardly had any sweets (replaced them with chopped apples).
I restarted running, but I am taking it really really easy. I also have bought new running shoes. I absolutely love my Sunday morning run, before the house is up.
And I have bought some nice lounge wear, not that I get to wear it much :)
Need to buy new socks, I felt quite ashamed at my pilates class, kept losing my sock (the other one stayed, because it wasn't the pair, but it was really discoloured).

Had a look at my party dresses and cleaned and ironed them, ready for the madness to come. And changed my lipstick for something a bit brighter.
I think I need a back massage, it is killing me.

Right, bath and early bed for me tonight. Had a bit of a mad day.
But: bought new running shoes, I will go for a run at the weekend. Eyebrows have been threaded. I could do with a facemask.
Shredding tomorrow morning then a full day at work. And then a meeting in the evening. :)
