Had great plans to achieve good food, taking care of myself over the weekend that just have not panned out. Had a satsuma about 7 yesterday morning, then my "lunch" was a packet of crisps, two bars of chocolate and a coffee at about half 4.... I was bloody starving! Forgot my vitamins and fish oil as well.
Plan for today: porridge with nuts, vitamins, 3L of water, something sensible for lunch (don't know what, maybe scrambled eggs??) and then there's some veggie soup in the fridge at work that I haven't had time to heat up, let alone eat, and I'll make sure I eat that at some point this evening.
Is everyone all sorted for Christmas? I need to get some veggies and wrap a few things up. Going to do that tomorrow, then I'm surrendering myself to whatever happens
