Quiet here this morning

People who have been asking about pin...I am conscious that Shop has been doing all the replies! Several of us agreed a while ago that we don't invite people on until you have been on MNV a while as we share pics and more personal stuff. I am sure people appreciate the need to be careful online. It's not even that we suspect you are hairy knuckled stalkers!!! I have a mortal dread of my work colleagues discovering how shallow I am!

Apols if anyone feels excluded - I'm happy to pm links etc anytime. I haven't linked much here or on pin lately just because I am feeling rather uninspired tired and overworked

Thanks for that liberty, I know I have mentioned it so sorry if I seemed impatient! You all just make it sound so exciting :) Totally understand though of course.

Did anyone else have an email from my-w about their new dressing room service? They've told me I can now order things to try without paying 6 times a year, or maybe season, can't remember which. This could be a very bad thing!!!

The Fiat ads have disappeared from the outnet for me, is that my ad blocking software or have they gone for anyone else?

If not I really recommend Ad Blocker Plus for firefox, means you never see any ads ever, it's great.

As Shop and Liberty have already said, the pin board is a private thing.
It was originally nothing to do with this thread and was just a private board of mine until they invaded it

I'm not on fb, or any other social networking thing, so it's mostly my private things.
And I bet there's people on here who wouldn't want me looking at their facebook pages etc.

Hope you understand.

I apologize for having asked - it wasn't my intention to make anyone uncomfortable and I fully understand. I'm in IT so very wary of the concerns about privacy on the net.

DH and I dressed up for dinner at a lovely new restaurant here in Bali. I arrived to the conclusion that I am not a chunky jewellery kind of person, despite how much I want to be (love it on other people). Brought some good pieces all the way from London but still end up wearing my simple studs and pendants. Oh well, know thyself and all that.

I was never fast enough for Cocosa, everything I ever wanted was gone by the time I looked. I wouldn't be at all surprised if brand alley went down the pan, appalling service from the last time I used them, never again!

I had no problems with Brand Alley either.

Can anyone recommend a nice cheap-ish gel liner?
I've pinned a dodgy photo from Grazia, of a model from the Mulberry show (page 106 for anyone who has this weeks)

I usually use a brush and eyeshadow, so something in a pot would be lovely. I have a vague recollection of a pot of something from Ruby and Milly from years ago... Are they still around?
Off to look on boots' site.

I'm shocked about cocosa, I thought they were doing OK. Have bought quite a few things from them, those 2 gold Links rings very recently, with no problems. And introduced a couple of friends. :( for them.

Oh but, lurking on MNV is soooo much less fun since there are no links to covet anymore, I think as a group you probably netted tens of thousands in sales for the various stores involved ; )
