I would call them Grumpy as I suspect it might only be at the boutique on Conduit street which is Mayfair not Knightsbridge.

Night Shop!

LinusDKD · 31/01/2014 07:28

Morning!

Love Is........ de-icing your loved one's car without being asked. (Soppy, I know but I really appreciated it this morning when I was trying to put both DC in the car and it was - 2.5 outside)

Some lovely bling links last night!

Drywhiteplease · 31/01/2014 07:55

That is nice Linus.

Well done Dry.
I need to do that for February Blush

Annianni · 31/01/2014 08:09

I would never be able to take dh in a Hermes shop.
He'd laugh and walk out if they mentioned waiting lists :o

Turquoiseblue · 31/01/2014 08:17

Yeay dry. Big leap towards the bag!

What s everyone wearing today ? Grey/ black whistles tube skirt, pink lacy Day Birger cami under grey crew neck sweater, black ck fine knit pattern stockings, CDC pea coat and neon pink bobble hat, metalic soft leather mini satchel bag ....not setting the fash world alight but happy and it works (somewhat )
Oh and black suede office jalouses

shopafrolic · 31/01/2014 09:36

Which saved you more ££ Dry booze or fashion?
Turquoise I am a delight in Current Elliott skinnies, Birkenstocks and crappy grey sweatshirt as am taking DS swimming - no make up. I look divine I really do. Wish me luck!
Anni how was date night?

Annianni · 31/01/2014 09:56

Shop pm!

Annianni · 31/01/2014 10:00

Good luck swimming Shop Wine

I'm a slightly sweaty vision in woolly socks, wide leg sweaty betty black yoga pants, grey gap vest and plum gap sweatshirt.

Need to do lots of biking today to make up for my pitiful 5 miles yesterday... Although I do class shopping as cardio, especially when you're carrying an almost 3 year old half the time.

MarshaBrady · 31/01/2014 10:03

I'm in swimming wardrobe. Black pettys, MiH and grey I&I plus will add old see by chloe coat. Handy as I don't care if it gets crumpled in the bottom of the locker.

Umlauf · 31/01/2014 10:16

marsha that sounds a very glam swim outfit! I'm going to take baby DS tomorrow for the first time, eek!

Ahh, the Atterley Road leather shorts saga continues on the phone this morning.. I mentioned "friends of mine" problems with their returns service...

anni my DH is the same! He is bemused and just cannot work it out. I must say I'm not sure I understand it either. I get exclusivity, but surely keeping the price high and being careful who you give freebies to keeps the bags exclusive?!

turquoise I really like the sound of your outfit! I must learn how to do layering properly! Pops of pink sound perfect.

I like today's outfit, I'm wearing a camo pencil skirt (I know, sounds hideous but think Christopher Kane!) and my navy tippi with wedge trainers. Went to walk a friends puppy. Tights completely shredded. Am reminded why I hate dogs (sorry to anyone with a dog, although I'm sure yours are well trained...) Maybe I can pull the shredded leg look off, if net a porter are selling chaps....!!

LinusDKD · 31/01/2014 10:17

Wow everyone is so active today. ignores the fact that I promised to take up swimming again months ago

I am wearing my grey TS Leigh skinnies, navy J Crew Vintage cotton tee (long-sleeve), my bikers and a stack of 4 bangles (one of which is the enamel Hermès DH gave me for Christmas)

grumpy pm!

BecauseIsaidS0 · 31/01/2014 10:36

Morning! I'm still in yogs gear: stone washed effect leopard print leggings (somehow it works), Metallica tank top and blue hoodie on top. For work I will do casual Friday with straight dark denim jeans and a red V-neck top. And the yellow diamond pendant DH gave me for my birthday.

MarshaBrady · 31/01/2014 10:44

Love all your outfits. Enamel Hermès, Kane type camo, metallic and pink. Very pretty.

Umlauf thanks! but not that glam really. My coat is very old now, black (probably the one black thing I should most definitely avoid) and too big, due for the scrap heap. But at least I found a use and don't feel sorry for it anymore languishing in the wardrobe!

MarshaBrady · 31/01/2014 10:44

and stone washed leopard print - sounds good to me.

AmberNectarine · 31/01/2014 11:44

I'm wearing grey Zoe Karssen hoodie, distressed Rich and Skinny skinnies and grey glitter Jimmy Choo high tops. Pretty standard non work day look for me!

Mignonette · 31/01/2014 11:49

Hi all -

What am I wearing today? (in answer to Turq)

I have on my new tucker silk lep print skirt linked earlier in the thread on and my pin with a pastel blue boiled wool boat neck sweater, slightly cropped that is donkey's years old. No shoes yet as have yet to leave the house but fancy a pair of flat brogues (again) with them.

Sorry to bang on about it again but I love these although they are not my usual style Ash High Tops. They are bargain ous at £56.

Have already been tempted by the Day Birger embellished grey top too.

Why isn't this in a grown up size?

Marsha Here's a good holiday look for you. Am loving this.

The Bros lok is back.

Look at Willow Smith in V magazine.

Decameron · 31/01/2014 12:22

Hope you have better luck with the returns to Atterley Rd than me, Umlauf, they have missed their 21 days return limit and I provided them with the tracking information some time ago. Really useless.

Anyway, I am wearing J Brand grey skinny jeans, IO top and navy Goat cardigan, also muddy Hunters and Aigle for a walk by the river earlier.

Willow Smith is so beautiful.

Umlauf · 31/01/2014 12:25

Willow smith is beautiful, and looks like her beautiful father, but I don't like what she has done with her hear I sound like my mother it looks like my guinea pigs ear.

Will update you, I am currently arguing by email that they should just repair/pay for repair of the bloody shorts because otherwise they will lose more money by chucking them away!

RubyLovesShopping · 31/01/2014 12:29

Umlauf AR in my bad books too taking so long to refund, still haven't. Fed up if their standard excuses.
Not bought anything either, may try to be like dry and have a frugal February. But have still had my Friday morning browse of the net- does anyone want ash jalouses in taupe in a 38? Saw some for £45.

Umlauf · 31/01/2014 12:39

They have just offered to refund the cost of repairs so I'm pleased, although frustrated I had to argue and now have another trip to the tailor to make, but I do love the shorts. I mentioned on the phone I didn't want to send them back because of all the stories I've heard here of long refunds, and she said to scan in the postage receipt and she'd refund immediately if I did send back, perhaps worth kicking up a fuss ruby ?

£45 bargainous, alas am 39. And already have them!!!

Annianni · 31/01/2014 12:42

Willow Smith looks beautiful.

The navy suede Whistles cassini shoes are here and I love them.
Need to try them with the jeans at some point, but Ds2 is being a bit clingy today.
We've made vanilla and white chocolate cupcakes this morning they're delicious and now he just wants to cuddle.

Surely it'd be better for AR to refund you the repair money Umlauf, as it'll cost them money for the return postage anyway!?

Annianni · 31/01/2014 12:44

Ah cross post.
Finally Atterley road are doing the right thing!

Umlauf · 31/01/2014 12:45

Yes that's what they're doing anni sorry bad explanation, the offer to refund with pop was before they agreed to pay for repairs and I thought I was going to have to send them back. I'm going to pay for repairs and they have refunded the cost of that.

Umlauf · 31/01/2014 12:45

Cross cross post!!!
