So we didn't make it to the cinema, it does seem to take up a big chunk of the day, but did breakfast then shopping together. Shirt, which dh actually loved as he met me when I was wearing a check shirt ( one of my first Selfridges buys - I remember Miu Miu so excited still have it).

And SCP shopping- a bookshelf and gorgeous wooden doughnuts for the wall and various other things.

Then we went back for lunch, well mine was liquid as was still full.
All in the sunshine. Was lovely!

Ooh I meant to say, and have been reminded by Wornout blog, that I bought a memories jar today for 2014. Saw it on FB. You write good thing that happen all through the year on little pieces of paper and then read them on NYE ...thought it would be a lovely thing to do as a family.

I should clarify, I have nothing against botox if it's well done, I just don't think either of you need it

Bit cross as after jumping through all the hoops my J crew order didn't go through and now some of the stuff has sold out in my size! I am a 10, will medium be too big in the Tippi jumper? I'm not desperate for it so may leave it. I have also discovered Hoss Intropia - their sale is good and have ordered this maxi dress some trousers and this tunic dress. Hope the links work! I actually wanted the short version of the first dress which was on Atterley road but its out of stock except in a size 14. They were v helpful though and said they'd let me know if one gets returned.

Sales are moving quickly, I had a Anthropologie top in my basket last night and it was gone in the morning!

I just need to get a pair of black ankle boots and some courts - can't do v high heels for daytime wear, any suggestions?

Last thing, I really like this coat but wanted to get an opinion on if it will still look good for a couple of years? With p&p and the dreaded customs it is a bit of an investment!

Shop I have just logged on for today and am so sorry about your lovely lab. Hope you are feeling ok now. My parents lab was killed on the road shortly after DD was born (they were over visiting us at the time) and I have never seen my Dad so upset - they are such loving dogs. Hugs for you and your DH .

Was DD's birthday today so I had the day off work and we had a really lovely family day, opening presents, long walk, feeding ducks, delicious brunch....I feel emotional all day on her birthday .

Hello! Am a little bit drunk but hey ho, I lasted a day without alcohol . Tonight's been the best of the lot. Out to the pub, a lovely friend of MIL here (in her 80s but looks fab in violet polo neck, grey trousers and blck boots), no pressure and me be BIL just got drunk!

Tempted for only a minute - gone in my size!

I'm positive that the last time I was in my local HoF outlet in town that they had 7FAM jeans in as well as Levi Curve. Am going to check them out and see if I can find something that fits as every pair of jeans I have currently are much too big and are bagging and sagging all over the place, which is just not a good look! I'm hoping that, as they are in the outlet, they won't cost too much as I don't want to spend a lot of money on clothes that might not fit in a month or so.
