Today has been awful, I've been vomiting because the pains been so bad. Didn't really want to get out of my pjs but I forced myself to get up and dressed, brush my hair and do some very light make up. I need to do things like that to distinguish between night and day so I don't fall into the trap I was in before of everything being exactly the same all the time. Pain Clinic on Monday and I have a list of thinsg I want from them and if they can't or won't treat me, then I'm going to ask them to send me somewhere else where they can and will.

Anni I did Dukan 2 yrs ago, have never been a massive sugar eater anyway. I hardly eat any carbs now and don't drink coke much. Yesterday, at our friends' house, we had a carb fest and I had diet coke, I've felt sluggish and a bit bleurgh all day. Am drinking loads of mint tea and water today but really don't feel great.

Yes, my Outnet delivery of 7FAM Cristen jeans these arrived and they are perfecto!! Mid blue that I like for every day, not ankle clenching skinnies but "classic skinny" which i prefer, loads of stretch that make them so comfy...really delighted. Queenc Liberty and Justa I think you're all a bit like me with jeans, but honestly I'd see if you can try these. Now I want them in a darker wash.

Dry yes - definitely wash them before you adjust them.

Are all premium jeans very long in the leg? I ask because I have a teeny inside leg if they are all on the longer side, getting them shortened by the amount I would need for them to fit, might spoil the shape

ani I try to cut back on sugar and if I consume a lot I feel ill,bloated and just sluggish,think sugar is evil. try to limit daily intake to one cube of sugar cane with morning coffee,and thats all,but treat Myself on weekend don't think I have the will to cut it completely though!

I don't want to buy anything in sales,but feel I need a skirt,have my eyes on one,just waiting for it to be reduced further.

Shop - just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about your beloved dog. He was obviously very well loved & a good companion to your DH. Hope the lovely memories are bringing you both some comfort.
Will be back soon with some style resolutions - I have not bought anything in the sales yet even though I got a bit of Christmas money. Might put it towards Botox instead - all the over indulgence over the past two weeks has played havoc with my skin!! Or maybe I need to give up wine! That would be cheaper.
