She looked amazing today & 20 years younger than her true age.

I think she's probably had a non surgical face lift, hence the tight jaw line. mind you, coke use can do the same

She is also very thin atm and has a great hair cut/blow dry.

She is gorgeous but from that close up picture of her I'd say she has had a facial peel, maybe a face lift as her face looks really tight around the jaw and ears, botox and fillers in her lips as well. Her brows are fab.

Great cheekbones. She is incredible looking.

She is on the front page of every newspaper today and she looks INCREDIBLE.

Well she did adore Dorian Grey in her teenage years and her squid ink pasta dish was inspired by the black food feast.

She is stunning. But this photos yesterday were the first time I'd looked at her and thought "she's had work done". There's just something I can't put my finger on that seems different.

Sorry, to me this is not a face I would describe as incredibly beautiful.

That's what I thought .. She always seemed a bit away with the fairies on tv .. Disclaimer I have only watched her a few times because I found her odd ..

To be fair, she looks a hell of a lot better than I do, and I'm more than 10 years younger, but still.

She looks very beautiful, but a bit too much botox for my tastes.

Snapes-do you think so? She looks thinner than she ever has, probably sure to all the stress, she looks like she's going through the motions and even more glazed behind the eyes than normal. She looks well groomed and botoxed.

How do you all tell? I am always looking at celebs, thinking they look good for their age (maybe that's the clue!) then finding out they've had x, y and z done. I can see the really bad ones like Sharon Osborne or Nicole Kidman but in general I'm fairly rubbish at spotting who's had 'work'.

the photo of her with John Diamond they've used in the Mail online shows her looking so fresh and naturally lovely. A pic from a couple of years later wtih Saatchi, and she's gone all generic billionaire's wife glossy. We really could all look like that with an endless grooming budget.

she's had a lower facelift, a photo in the standard the other day showed where they had pulled back the skin and tucked it to just under her ear lobes. I preferred her before the surgery, I hate that wind tunnel look. Lower facelifts are very hard nay impossible to get right or pass off as natural.
