Liberty, sorry I missed your post about your heart test. So sorry to hear this.

My annual medical test results were waiting for me today. Nothing serious but my body fat percentage has shot up above normal. I have also put on a couple of kilos this year so the report came in big capitals to WATCH MY WEIGHT! gee thanks for that!

Remember I linked those s&d cuffs a couple of weeks ago and I was going to go and have a look at them today (local beauty salon has an open day with s&d stylist). Well, I can't be arsed! I looked at them online again last night and decided I didn't like them enough. So I shall just be layering up what bracelets/bangles I have.

I wandered on to this thread looking for lovely things to spend my birthday money and found a birthday buddy!

Dry I just saw another thread about an incoming storm. I am glad I went on today's run early! Although I quite liked the woolly, windy, rainy almost dark one I did with the last incoming storm.

Thank you Aside from some lovely personal gifts and cards from the DC, I have mostly been given money this year because I wasn't sure what I really wanted - my wishlist is loooong but vague - which is why I'm searching for inspiration.

It's stormy here too. It was gorgeous this morning when I had a PT session (even my trainer thought I was mad getting up on my 40th ). Luckily I can hop in the car and then the car park of the hotel is underground so I shouldn't get windswept at all.

No big celebration tonight as we had lunch out en famille. But I have fizz for now later, more nice food in fridge and the DC are making birthday cake as I write
