I can't give up the
caffeine, but am trying to renovate self - think a short 2 week deadline helps! Have defuzzed tash, tidied eyebrows (and booked 'proper' sesh just before nightout), hot cloth cleansed a couple of times, used hair oil, drinking loads of herbal tea instead of water, taking vits, flossing 2x day, and eating no sugary carby snacks (this will be the hardest!). Most of these are pretty basic, but am in survival, not princess mode! Would like to add some exercise in, but work self-employed and have a two week project to fit in while the kids are asleep .
Actually, one great thing I did this autumn was a style day with HOC so at least I know what I should be wearing...
