Am pretty sure you wont like the other option for the top - here. But, hell who knows The belt is just random, crappy acessorisation.

Because it would draw all the attention to my top half, which I don't like. If it was the other way around with a fancy bottom and a plain top, it would be perfect.

Am also short waisted and norky - don't underestimate the nork reducing and waist defining power of a petticoat. They aren't all mahossive and make the waist look tiny. Something like this would give definition and movement without ooph-age.
