Zatchels are having a 24 hour 50% off sale tomorrow. It's advertised on their Facebook page. I'm tempted but don't know whether to go for a classic colour (probably the navy) or one of the metallics. Has anyone ordered from them and could you recommend a colour? Thanks!

(After last week being told that it would be dispatched this week, and then on Weds being told it would be next week, I complained. Again. And was then told it would be this week after all...)

I have a despatch confirmation. Repeat. I HAVE A DESPATCH CONFIRMATION.

The tracking number doesn't work though, it's missing several digits. Oh well, hopefully it'll turn up on Monday.

My bag arrived!
Large brown saddle bag. It's ok. Tbh, after waiting soooooo long, it's pretty anti-climactic. It's very boxy though. I am tempted to run it over in the car, like I used to with my DMs when I was a mere teen!

My order has been dispatched, even the one where the leather supposedly isn't arriving until next Monday. Never received a reply to my email, the dispatch confirmation doesn't reflect the changes I made to the order and my tracking number doesn't work. Oh and there isn't going to be anyone there to accept the delivery. Still, bags! They're sending me bags!

I got a dispatch email today. I'm waiting for the same bag that greyvix got.

I think they've sent it because I rang yesterday to explain I need it for a trip next week - said I'd have to cancel if it wasn't here in time (which is true).

Will report back if it turns out to be covered in little white dots.

Mine arrived yesterday! The Parcelforce tracking number only worked for me the day after they sent the email, but it was shipped next day delivery, so if you've got the email then you should get your bag soon. They come with a certificate that has the date the bag was made... mine was made on 31st May and arrived yesterday..... (dark brown satchel).

That is ridiculous (that you're still waiting). I got mine lastw eek and that was shittily late enough. Have they bothered to reply to your emails yet?

I still have my white dotty one, as I asked them 10 days ago if I should keep it at a discount to save waiting another 4 weeks for an exchange.
If yours is lovely, DirtyMartini, I will definitely exchange. I have waited this long, so may as well have a perfect one.

They don't answer the phone but have a message telling you to email them only don't answer the emails. Itotally get they are mad busy but that's not really an excuse for poor communication. They could have got a,temp in or something.

No emails for me, and not sure if I have been sent my bags because am away. Not holding my out any hope as my order still says printed.Will cancel if nothing by Wednesday. As anyone successfully got a refund?

Such poor customer service.

vjg13 - I phoned and cancelled my order at the end of May and was refunded straight away. I got bored waiting for my bag and went off it!

I got bored too and got a refund. It's a good way of saving money - buy something, have it not turn up, weeks later you wonder why you ordered it in the first place. Cancel. Get money back. Et voila!

I didn't cancel all the bags I ordered though, but may do if I'm still waiting in a few weeks....

If most people ordered on the 20th and 21st April that's quite a while. Mine were in basic primary popular colours but still not a sniff of them appearing :(

Hmm. My 2 others arrived. I had changed my order from an 11 inch chestnut and a small yellow saddle bag to a 14.5 inch chestnut and a small yellow saddle bag. Guess what showed up. Yep. An 11 inch chestnut one. Not happy as the larger one was going to be a fathers day gift for DH for him to put the laptop in... Really pissed off, as not only have I waited patiently for weeks and weeks and weeks, but now i have the wrong bag and it will be a massive ballache to get it back for a replacement. WTF...
