there must be something in the air as DH has just texted to say he will buy me the chan luu scarf . he doesn't know have already ordered the other! haha. so i could get both and send one back, OR i could fess up but ask for something else from my wishlist.

that's so helpful on the CE front, thanks santa, you are turning into my fashion fairy! are they fairly low rise? would they be ok with a shirt tucked half in/half out?

cashmere and silk prices in india have gone up. back in 2007 i could get great scarves for around a tenner, now it's more like £30. which obv isn't a lot compared to here but for the locals it's proving hard. same with groceries - limes are up to 7rps and they were 1rps six years ago. the lovely locals i employ when i'm there are really suffering as a result.

ooof shop I don't know, from the pics on my screen i would say navy but i would need to see in the flesh.

All ordered. Hoping an 8 will fit. I can collect it from waitrose tomorrow. As you say shop it's a no brainer as it's free delivery and I'll happily return it to store as an excuse to browse even more! The white top thing is an itch that needs to be scratched (in the words of hopefully).

Congratulations, Shop. I'd do it if you have childcare. That's so mean they are claiming against you when they weren't injured. I was in a car crash a few years ago, it wasn't my car and I wasn't hurt but I was amazed at how many calls I got from law firms trying to persuade me to make a claim.

foxy yes, it's fab. They don't do it at my nearest waitrose that's got a nice easy car park so I have to go down to the triangle but can usually park in a side road easy enough.

Just realised that apart from the LKB dress I don't have anything else as expensive as the jaegar top. Feeling a little bit guilty now. It will have to be wonderful to be a keeper.
