I'm not a huge fan of GiGis Decam not great for my huge feet but I know I'm fairly alone in that! you don't have to spend the voucher if there's nothing you need.

Off out for a dinner party tonight that can't be avoided although I still feel like death. Hoping to keep warm in Joseph straight leg black trousers, black Whistles tee and AV grey marl blazer with an oversized necklace and LKB black shoe boots with gold toe caps. I'm hoping that some bright red lipstick will detract from just how rubbish I look!!

Am also firmly in the Amber camp and will be wearing skinnies for a long while yet!

I'm hiding in the kitchen studying the Gigis again, I have my neighbour's kids over and they are all running around like mad things! I don't think I like the colour way as much as the cobalt ones. I'd also like these, at least I could wear them now!

Have had a day out, on trains of all things, to see a friend. Am beat! Very nice to be home.

But I love the Goldsigns and am seriously contemplating.

I am a big fan of skinnies and pistols, although two times for the pistols is probably enough. They are a good height for everyday wear.

Leather dungarees Amber Some things are best left on the fashion pages aren't they? Lots of things on a photoshoot just would not work in life, no matter who you are, how young you are or what you look like. Hence the popularity of street style blogs etc.

Maybe it's a good question: what things are best left on the fashion pages? Leather dungarees have to be way up there. Also, things like knitted pairs of knickers and vests worn with heels - the whole underwear as outerwear trend that comes round every few years.

I love yellow, not sure if I suit it or not tho do have some in my wardrobe. I have pinned a yellow and grey fahri jumper from atterley road but think it may have sold out. Love that colour combination.

Going out to a friends and wearing this outfit, well that Novalee top and a very old black wool jacket that is quite similar. Luckily just going to a friend's down the road so won't freeze.

Evening all! i learned a valuable lesson yesterday. <a class="break-all" href="//tm.pinterest.com/pin/380202393511878975/" rel="nofollow noindex" target="_blank">these are for sitting in. They are not for walking or standing around for long periods, two days in a row. Ouch! Ouch!

I wore my new Austin reed dress today. Looked great and wore them with more sensible heels I also got out rarely used Prada black bag and the Armani jacket I bought last month. I hadn't realised at the time, as I was so focused on the look at the front that it has a slight peplum bit so ends at the widest part of my arse. I wouldn't say I have gone off it but its a real shame as its perfect otherwise!

I haven't bought anything for about 10 days ignores yet to be tried on Russell Bromley shoes and oasis dress! I would be allowed to join the frugal thread at this rate!

Well, I think I'm not worthy of this thread anymore......my friend told me ages ago about her addiction to " Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", I scoffed but set series link just to check. Forgot about it until yesterday.....have discovered 19 episodes on the hard drive! In the last 24 hrs I've watched 6!!!!! That's a guilty pleasure......but it's affecting my taste! Ladies I have a BIG party Saturday and am now thinking slutty shoes,body con dress and huge amounts of bling added to piles of slap may be the way to go? Bare legs with open ones heels and severe snow warnings!!!

Decameron LOVE that DVF. Perfect with the skinnies - so chic.
Justasecond I can vouch for the quality of Clare Vivier bags and that is so reasonable. I have the La Tropezienne and have used it almost daily for 18 months. I totally abuse it and it stands up to whatever I throw at (and into) it.
Still haven't bought the Goldsigns, but expect that to change imminently - although I'm really obsessing over the rose gold Michael Kors watch, especially after noticing my lovely hairdresser's gold version today. So many beautiful things, such limited finances!
