Lunch made and consumed (pizza chicken and apple crumble'n'cream), and am now back on sofa. Smile

bigTillyMint · 31/03/2013 16:13

I have some S&B news - have just bought a bikini for £3! It is a triangle tie type and the shop lady assured me that XL would fit meGrin The bottoms arent too bad tied tight but the top is huge - cue much merriment from DD - the top triangles would only just about cover her! Still, better than a seethru one.

Ruby, you definitely need a straw- is it your first or second anniversary?

And MI/Cremo, look at Southern Brittany - my favourite part of FranceSmile

LOL at BTM's risque swimwear. Grin

I had an old tankini where the bottoms went completely see-thru at the back; DH neglected to tell me until the evening, by which time I'd spent several hours by the pool showing my arse-crack to all and sundry. Blush

CointreauVersial · 31/03/2013 16:34

So who won?

Am Envy of l the chocolate but am currently feeling bloated after DH persuaded me to go for a beer with him in a beach bar sans enfants. Having previously eated a chillified squid noodle dish, I now feel like Im going to explode.
The bar was nice tho with a Chinese? couple singing Eric Crapton songsGrin

CointreauVersial · 31/03/2013 16:53

Beach bar, squid... Sigh..
Have spent lunch in the pub, and now need to cook tonight. I am resisting the wine, because if I start now it will all end horribly.....

We are being subject to amazing crashes as the snow cascades off the roof, and a constant drip, drip, drip....

ruby, I am very impressed with your sticking to the proper anniversary gifts. Well, any anniversary gifts!
And needing duck-egg blue wellies - what kind of a party is it?
And what is the 5 x 50 challenge?

BD, I am failing miserably to imagine snow falling off any roofsSmile

Am wierdly waking for a couple or 3hours in the middle of the night since getting here - wonder if its jet-lag related?

Stopanuary · 01/04/2013 09:54

Comes out of lurkerdom to say that 13th WA gift/theme is lace.

bigTillyMint · 01/04/2013 10:48

Ooh lace - could that mean some sexy underwear or nets for the sitting room?Confused

Am now even redder after a boat trip day out to other beaches. DD is incandescent (literally) that she has burned - am hoping that her bf can calm her down as they are skyping

Blackduck · 01/04/2013 10:57
