Hi PageantCoach
Sorry we don't allow this kind of advertising so we will soon be deleting your post.
Not sure how MissMiniNorthEast works but you may want to have a look at our Let Girls Be Girls campaign for your workshops.

You are fucking joking right?

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 21:29

Just let it stand Olivia and go and link this thread on the FWR threads in active convos instead. Self moderation and all that. Smile

PageantCoach · 02/07/2012 21:30

Its a great way for your girls to meet other friends and every girl gets a prize! there is no harsh competition forced between the girls they are encouraged to show their true selves and have fun dressing up as a princess for the day!

PrisonerOfWaugh · 02/07/2012 21:33

This is actually making me feel sick!

AmazingBouncingFerret · 02/07/2012 21:34

My DD is really ugly though PageantCoach, can she still sign up?

baskingseals · 02/07/2012 21:34

and it's princesses - plural s not possesive

BourbonBourbon · 02/07/2012 21:35

Oh my dear God. You are fucking kidding?

Props to HQ though.

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 21:35

It is an absolute load of old bollocks OP.

If it is all fairies in the garden and no competition, why on earth do they need 'coaching' for the 'pageant'.

You can stick this shite where the sun doesn't shine.

porridgelover · 02/07/2012 21:36

Nope, no way, no how.

PageantCoach · 02/07/2012 21:37

If a post is not accepted and i am aware that many mothers do not agree with the nature of the competition but in that case I would appreciate that you just did not comment, also at Miss Mini North East we do not see any little girl as 'ugly'

chaosisawayoflife · 02/07/2012 21:38

Have you heard of mumsnet before op? You may need to work on your market research and try netmums and bounty instead.

DowagersHump · 02/07/2012 21:38

How is a pageant going to increase girls' confidence?

QuickLookBusy · 02/07/2012 21:38

The thread title makes me feel sick.
Is the whole thread being deleted or just the op?

Poulay · 02/07/2012 21:39

So why not ask if you have 'got a young girl?'

ivykaty44 · 02/07/2012 21:39

at mumsnet we think of girls as people - not how they "look"

Blatherskite · 02/07/2012 21:39

You really thought Mumsnet was a good place to advertise this (without paying I might add - not that MN would have allowed it even if you had)

Really?

You've not been on here before have you.

If you don't want comments from people who don't agree, then don't post your crap on a public forum.

I have a beautiful little girl, and she is just that, a little girl, not a doll. I would not be touching this with a barge pole. Disgusting.

RandomNumbers · 02/07/2012 21:40

If you do not see any young girl as ugly why did you ask in your title for beautiful young girls only?

Disingenuous much

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/07/2012 21:40

This is up there with the 'Peter Andre wants your opinions' thread.

GetOrfMoiiLand · 02/07/2012 21:40

No, we can comment where we like, especially where someone is spamming the board in order to advertise a ghastly child's beauty pageant. It is a ridiculous concept which most intelligent-minded mothers would have issues with.
