She might have gone on a workshop on dealing with adversity.

Blatherskite · 02/07/2012 22:14

I think we've earned our nest of vipers badges for tonight Grin

bitbewildered · 02/07/2012 22:15

Grrrrrr.

TramadolJacket · 02/07/2012 22:20

So glad that MNHQ have not already deleted this thread, some brilliant responses here Grin

LoveAndOtherIndoorSports · 02/07/2012 22:24

I'd enter. I have my Pretty Woman hooker outfit and talent all ready.

If you don't let me enter i'll have you for agism.

BigFatCushion · 02/07/2012 22:29

3-11?

The age range there is bizzare.

A 3yo could still legitimately be in nappies - an 11yo would have started secondary school.

I have a 4yo DD and she'd love this.

She also loves talking to Siri on the iPhone.

I don't trust her judgement much.

I love the fact that mNHQ have just thought 'fuck it, let them do their best' with this thread.

bitbewildered · 02/07/2012 22:31

Come back OP. Grin

nilbyname · 02/07/2012 22:32

sometimes i doubt everyones commitment to sparkle motion. Wink

Blatherskite · 02/07/2012 22:33

I think throwing them to the wolves has been much more effective at teaching the op the error of her ways than deleting the thread ever would :)

wizzler · 02/07/2012 22:35

See when I started work, many many moons ago.. it was thought funny to send the new girl out to buy "stripey" paint.. now we are in the digital age, its easier to throw them to the vixens on MN!

StillSquiffy · 02/07/2012 22:35

Not much of an advert for 'confidence workshops' if she wimps out without even trying to defend herself

DrSeuss · 02/07/2012 22:35

I do have a lovely little girl actually, the most talented, adorable, sweet, loving beautiful child in the world ever, bar none. Strangely, the all other mothers of daughters also believe that they have this child. They do, because they have little girls who are valued for who they are rather than what they look like. I bet the kid I used to teach with a large facial birthmark could enter. A lovely natured girl, intelligent too but I doubt she'd win.

Blatherskite · 02/07/2012 22:37

When I did my work experience at "Texas" many, many, many moons ago it was a left handed screwdriver, a length of umbilical cord or a long weight.

Sophisticatedknickers · 02/07/2012 22:37

I find it slightly worrying that the only online reference to it is facebook and mumsnet...

morethanpotatoprints · 02/07/2012 22:41

OP I suggest you read Tanith Carey: Where has my little girl gone.

Then hopefully you may gain a conscience and some moral fibre.
I don't know how you sleep at night.

BigHairyFlowers · 02/07/2012 22:41

That worried me too Sophisticatedknickers.

madammecholet · 02/07/2012 22:41

Farking stupid OP but fecking great flaming ladies....bravo!

Posterofapombear · 02/07/2012 22:42

My beautiful DD is too young for this however I would gladly let you try to put blue eyeshadow and fake tan on her.

You will lose an eye at least.

Can't even get her in tights most days so it's a good job I just love her for who she is, Dungarees and all.

lurkingaround · 02/07/2012 22:48

Agree with sophisticated above, why is this shite nowhere else except Facebook and here? Strange. The only place you advertise is here?? Hmm

Valpollicella · 02/07/2012 22:48

See, good ol self modding at its best.
