Yes probably. I tumble dried mine too so that was probably what did it. I never would have guessed that material was dry clean only.

my saga with the missing returns/refund is ongoing

its now taken 6 phone calls. They gave me the wrong email address. This is getting rather farcical!

I am going to chase mine tomorrow & am dreading it...could be time to go more senior I think. I sent my proof of postage to them first class on Monday & haven't heard back. How did I know that would happen?

OK, I spoke too soon :o Have just received a refund for the 'lost' items that I enclosed in with another return & had to provide postage receipt for. Keep the faith Vicar you'll get there eventually! Now I just need the refund for the goods returned to them last Friday & I'll be a happy girl again and may even consider further purchases

Anyone got the reporter jacket? Im not sure if the belt is too high. Might end up as a shelf for my bosooms!
Also can't really tell what the constellation colour is like, can only see the tan in the pics.

Have received my last bit of the order - Two pairs of trousers. Ordered a size down than normal and they fit but would be a wee bit too tight on thighs - not straining mind.

Am thinking of returning them and wondered if anyone had any problems or would i be better selling on ebay?

Chablis have had all my refunds now, it was a painful process but I got there in the end! (To be fair, the ones I did that were a straightforward one item return were no problem at all, it was only the ones that involved them actually looking at the paperwork in the parcel that seemed to incur a problem :o )

I got my return yesterday 10 days after I sent it. I would return the trousers but hold onto your proof of posting and be prepared for it to take well over a week.

they've finally updated the website with the spring/summer range!
