i'm telling you now, because i've ordered what i wanted.

now it's your turn.

I bought the black dress with the lacy bit at the top for £16.

Very restrained. but then i bought the finchley dress at full price.

I got a refund today after about a week

disaster.

i put 2 orders in one parcel and sent it back, i put both order/returns notes in the parcel and get this....
they say they have one order but cant find the other!!!

eerrrrrmmmmm???? they were both in the same bag.
how can they have one and not the other?

panicking now as they owe me the money for a finch dress and a jumper....ive got to phone them back on Monday.

i could go off this company.

You've got me worried now Vicar I too included 2 returns notes in one parcel & got an email confirming receipt of only one of the returns notes. Am off to look at my bank statements to see if refunds have happened yet

I did this as well with two orders in one package. And I haven't heard from them yet. I hope I get something on Monday.

i thought it was odd as i got an email saying they acknowledged receipt of one order but not the other.

i would urge you all to check if you put 2 returns in 1 bag. Im not a happy bunny.

I'm also still waiting for a refund and I sent my order back nearly 2 weeks ago. I called on weds and they said they had received it and I should have a refund by Fri. Still nothing. I'll call them again tomorrow.

Oh FFS! Have just spoken to GP re the 2 returns in one parcel thing. Yep, my second one is also 'lost'. No record of it whatsoever so basically my word against theirs. I now have to send in a copy of my parcel receipt from the PO, they will compare the weight stated on that with what the missing items weigh. (Which should be fun considering I think some have sold out). What a bloody farce. At best their returns dept is incompetent, at worst they have stealing going on. I was so so chuffed with this sale & the bargains I've had & now I'm v .

how ridiculous. i bloody knew i should have just sent 2 parcels back but i was trying to save postage!

I've been asked to send proof of postage too. Been waiting a week.

Am thinking of sending other things back.
Am now thinking it might be better to keep them and sell on eBay

(but still holding out for a finchley cowl neck top coming back into stock in a medium. )

i wondered if they were going under too. no sign of a spring/summer range on the website and there's the brand alley sale too.

Don't panic! My refunds went through fine, event though I hadn't got a return receipt. Might be worth checking your bank account - the money turned up before the email notifications did.

Probably a stupid question, but if you pay with paypal, does the refund go to your paypal account, or to the card you paid with?

Vicar have you spoken to GP yet about your return parcel?

Chaos, I paid with paypal and they couldn't do the return, I got an email saying the refund had failed and to ring them.

I had to give them my card details over the phone, so I assumed it would go back on the card, but no, 3 days later the money turned up in my paypal account .

don't think they are going bust after all, just seen this on facebook about their spring/summer range.

just finished speaking to them - no further on really. got to wait until they email their returns dept to find out if they have the missing order....well duh - they have to have it because the order they credited me was in the same bloody bag....

how come you all have got some resolution while they keep me hanging!? they havent even asked me for my proof of postage yet.
