Happy xmas eve everyone. We are in Dubai so five hours ahead. Santa is roaming around the hotel and DD is hyperventillating with excitement. Mulberry sale has started so hoping to get a new purse.

I would say the velvets true to size - actually pretty stretchy - the non-velvets come up slightly smaller.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing Christmas eve. dH and I went for a run and then snuck off to see Sherlock H whilst parents did mince pies with dd. Mum, dd and I went to the children's service at church whilst DH and DF went to pub. Just finished yummy dinner (3fish roast and Heston Blumenthal choc pudding. ) and have put a very excited dd to bed.

Choo- have a fab time in Dubai.

Reine- We finished the Killing 2 on Thursday night, along with the Xmas special of Rev. Both v good! Looking forward to Great Expectations and The Borrowers.. C

Marsha- I am sure the eyebrows look fab.

Icecream- just realised I never got it back to you about the Earharts. Would be interested in trying them so will Pm address to you. happy to return if I can't get Into them- or pay you/donate to charity. whatever works best.

Just opened stockings - I think its one of the best things about Christmas. Love how excited they get over little things like a secret agent pen, a dinosaur egg or a finger lamp!

Morning all and a very merry Christmas! Have just finished eggs benedict, as cooked by DH and he's now taking kids and dog for a walk whilst we crack on with the cooking.

One of DD1's presents was a Fur Real cat (it's annoying me already!) but she was so thrilled and overwhelmed that she started crying and kept hugging it. We will have to get a real cat, I think.
