Anyone giving up smoking for 2020?

I’m on day 4 no smoking in patches. Anyone else giving up for 2020?
I’ve smoked since I was 17 except when pregnant x2 and am now 45!! Time to knock it on the head. Would be great to hear from others who are taking the plunge!

That’s brilliant and what a whopping amount you’ve saved!! I think when people say they feel better after quitting, when I was 1st giving up,I thought ok, but you don’t realise how much better until you are a couple of months in - if that makes sense!

Hi all, sorry to jump on an existing thread, I'm on my 5th day of champix (not quit yet) and already panicking about when the day actually comes to stop smoking!
