Just a little update, I've been vaping for 6 weeks now, not touched a fag or even remotely wanted one! I'm amassing shiny things at an alarming rate and am totally in love with vaping!

If you like key lime, I was given some samples by Deluxe Vapours to review and their key lime cheesecake is fucking amazing!

I want to learn to mix juice. And rebuild coils.

Oh god, I'm obsessed. DH turned to me the other day and said "this is the new cloth nappy obsession now DS has potty trained, isn't it??".

I've just ordered some new ones from Triphammer (£6 for 30ml!) in 6mg. I tried sub ohm and liked it!

Stupid question alert: I always vape at about 6-7 watts (2.1 ohm coils in my old fashioned iClear 16s). Anything higher = disgusting. When on earth would I need to go up to the 40 watts my box mod offers? Is that for sub ohm vaping or something?

I'm also getting a bit sick of ordering small bottles of liquid and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get Dekang in larger quantities? Or is it time to start making my own? Instantly lost will to live when I started reading about this but I'm guessing it's really easy once you get the hang of it

Dripdrop vapour do 30ml bottles for s fiver and have a good rep.

Ciggyjuice do up to 100mls, I'm working through some trial vials at the moment, would advise ordering those to see how you get on before ordering a big bottle - so far some have been fantastic and some I've hated!

Fasttech have a big range of Dekang in 30ml and a few in 100ml if you don't mind a wait.

Thanks for the info. I've ordered a couple of bottles of liquid from Ciggyjuice to try them out. I like that they offer a customised juice option (PG/VG ratio, extra flavour) and larger bottles. I just hope they taste good!

I have 3 bottles of drip drop too, thought it was flavourless rubbish!

Ah, then I apologise! I've not tried them but they seem popular on a vaping forum I use.

I love Ruthless liquids but at a tenner for 15ml they're not a cheap option!

I've just placed an order on Fasttech (vaping for 18 months and this is my first Fasttech order, wtf is wrong with me?) for some 50ml bottles of Dekang and a load of clearos. So cheap. $4.76 for 50ml. If it's okay I'll do a bulk order!

A number of places are stopping doing bigger bottle sizes in anticipation of the new laws which will restrict to 10ml bottles.

Ruthless, Vintage and Element (omg the tangerine!!!) are my "treat" expensive liquids at the mo, but I make up for that with the good old OnePoundLiquid for my all day vape

Raia, Fasttech are pretty good. If they say something is authentic it always is IME. I did smile when I read the description on my Kayfun clone though: 'The Chinese-made atomizer will may be stamped with the words "Designed in Russia, Made in Germany" on the bottom of it'

Can anybody help me find a flavour? I have been very happy vaping RY4/RY6 mixed 50/50 for the last 2 years. I'm hoping that after the TPD it will still be possible to buy it by the bucket direct from China [classy] but in case not, I'm looking at DIY. RY4 concentrate is available but they don't sell RY6 except as ready-to-vape. So - has anybody come across:

• seriously faggy flavour a bit like Gitanes or Gauloise
• not sweet
• no undertones of dung or digestive biscuits
• available as a flavour concentrate?

The meet-up sounds fun. I've got a family do round about then so need to check dates.

Well I was coming on to introduce myself as a 1 week vamping veteran, but by golly it's all very technical on here isn't it!
I have an ordinary Typhoon thing from Vapour Trail and am using their double menthol liquid. I have 45 of my Sterling Superking Green in the house and haven't felt the need to touch them in the past week. The past couple of years it'd all got out of control, was smoking between 35 and 40 a day, have had a horrid cough for the past year and been spending in excess of £70 a week. This is the culmination of the past 33 years of smoking. I need it gone by the time I turn 50 (in 20 months so I'm not rushing myself!)
The cough started to disappear within 24 hours and has now gone.
The house smells great.
My teeth feel lovely.
My tongue is losing its fur.
The dc are over the moon.
I've spent £35 on the ecig plus liquid and expect to spend less than a tenner a week from now on.
I've realised I'm quite a good cook - now I can actually taste my own cooking!
Long may it last!

You really can vamp while you vape!

Don't worry about the technical bits - we were all utter novices not that long ago & I think that most of us really struggled until we pooled out knowledge here.

Ask away - no question is too daft. I poured my first lot of juice straight through the vaper onto the table the first time I tried to refill!!
