This is going to be an interesting year with the regulation change.

Rumours are Mercedes and RB engines are exploiting a loophole and so may have the most powerful engines.

AM will have a car with significant input from Adrian Newey.

Sauber becomes Audi and we have an 11th team, Cadillac.

Christian Horner seems very keen to get back into F1, preferably Alpine with Flávio - they deserve each other.

There is closed door testing in Barcelona then open testing from 11 February at Sakhir.

I know I’m bias as a Lewis fan but I agreee Charles could have given him a cars width. Nico Rosberg agrees but Martin doesn’t. 😂

I am torn as I want Lewis to win but also George as he has had such bad luck.

Kimi has done amazingly well and Liam is moving forward.

Id love George to get a win - i think hes been really unlucky this season - but Kimi is unstoppable!

I know we are not even half way through the race but I think we have to just sit back and marvel at seeing Kimi become WDC and a record breaker. 19th to first would be extraordinary.

Me and DS are sure OP was on hard tyres but the timing tower is saying medium...and McLaren pitted neither of their drivers (unsurprisingly)

I feel so sorry for George.

I feel sorry for George too although I do like Kimi and think he is a brilliant driver.

George is being screwed over by Mercedes

Lewis needed a tyre change under the VSC.

We are seeing a new superstar.

Pierre got 7th and Yuki brilliant 10th.

Liam was disadvantaged with the engine change.

I wonder if Jack Wolff may be worth a long bet along with Robin Raikkonen.

I wonder if MacLaren regret not pitting either of the drivers, under the safety car, thry could potentially challenged for a podium - they wouldnt have caught kimi though

But this was George's chance to catch up i dont know he wasnt pitted either

That was a hell of a race. I love a good old fashioned track.
I know they are technically teams, but the WDC places mean more to the drivers, the fact their individual teams brief them on the other driver in the team very much goes against them working as a team most of the time.
No one was taking any prisoners today.

@Fizbosshoes I agree McLaren should have at least split strategy and pitted one car.

The podium is going to be epic with the Italian fans signing along.

I think you could tell he was gutted, and just said all the right things
