Though I’m English I cheered on Scotland tonight. I really hate the way the home nations turn on each other during football tournaments. It’s so pathetic - and depressing. Surely we ought to be supporting our fellow Brits.

Exactly this. ^ I can't bring myself to cheer on the Scotland team though, because I know how utterly loathsome the attitude of the Scottish is towards the English during the football. I have heard MANY Scots saying they don't care who wins as long as it's not England.

Out here in Germany the Scots and English are mingling very amicably in my experience. A bit of taunting going on but mostly lighthearted.

Oh and by the way there was no trouble with the Serbia fans at all. On a crowded tram, one asked if I would like his seat. In the ridiculous queues after the game we were all suffering together. Getting off the tram, a Serbian turned and said "See you again in the final!"

Still on the bus home so not watching but isn’t this what happened on Sunday and we were lucky there was no equaliser.

Pretty much. That is what annoys me about England, they go up and then get complacent.

They play too defensively and that just aint gonna work.
