Southgate and the rest of the squad all seem really focussed and I think that having someone like Grealish around would cause problems.

I've never rated Grealish myself. Too selfish as a player, and doesn't have enough end product. Bet he couldn't believe his luck when Shitty offered him silly money to mostly warm the bench...
