Has the gymnastics finished? I caught the last 5 mins and weight lifting is on now. Have I missed it completely?

I think it’s great Biles has stayed out to support her team. I can think of a few athletes who would have gone backstage.

I think it’s great Biles has stayed out to support her team. I can think of a few athletes who would have gone backstage.

They don't seem to be happy though that she's still there.

@stripedbananas I guess it depends if she is actually injured or just saving herself for her individual competition.

It’s so annoying.

It is really annoying how the BBC keep swapping from BBC1, to BBC2 to the red button. I don’t think they have any control though over which gymnasts are shown - I’m sure Matt Baker said that yesterday during the men’s.

Beautiful floor. She wasn't giving away tenths on spins and leaps. Landed her tumbles great too. I think that might have been what Russia needed to solidify their gold. Melnikova and Litsunova are reliable floor workers with good difficulty.

I did feel v sorry for Jordan there. But bloody hell, she did so well stepping up when she didn’t expect to. Bravo.

Such a shame they aren’t showing more GB performances (I know it’s not up to the BBC)
