Yes sky reported that Cav has said he wants to be back in the veledrome for Rio due to the road race being lots of accents. Did you see him on tv with his baby after the last stage of the tour, lovely. The womens race earlier was fantastic. I decided we could eat our dinner in the living room today just so I could watch

I will love it if he and Brad are on track in Rio as well as in the road race. Sounds like the RR in Rio won't favour Cav so another incentive for him to get on the track...

Some riders are a lap up, but I don't think any of the medal competitors are one lap up, so Clancy (British entrant) is still tied with Swede (the one who fell off, but caught up after all) for 2nd-3rd place. Clancy would have liked to have got a lap up, would have secured his silver as long as he rode ok in next Omnium event (1 km tt).

I think. That's as well as I understand it!

The Scratch race is like a stage road race but is all on track, and you get time bonuses for lapping the peloton.
