Any renewals waiting? I'm wondering when everyone is going to call? I'm holding out on calling but it's hard !!!

Hey! I rang today, still with a case manager they said if I don't hear anything by Monday (claim end date) to phone back then but I'm not leaving it till then! Going to phone again tomorrow or Thursday! Have you phoned yet?

Oh god, I phoned last week and was told there would be a decision this week but then I caved and called yesterday and they said they couldn't tell me if it's with decision maker as they can't see that apparently and said they don't know when it will be looked at, maybe this week, maybe Monday but they said most likely Monday, I think everyone literally gets told different things by different call handlers which tbh wouldn't surprise me, I have managed to stop myself from calling today ( just trying to keep busy ) I was just going to call Friday ( if I can hang on that long!) 😐

Well update for you ladies, thought I'd ring just before they close in hope a decision as been made As got told yesterday morning and this morning it was with a decision maker so thought I'd be cheeky and ring again before they are shut and just been told it isn't even with a decision maker 😫 I'm so deflated

Been told a decision has been made on my MR 20/11 but they won’t tell me over the phone. Just to wait for the letter. Doesn’t sound very positive!!

@Kirstylou91 I literally said to the lady I have called yesterday morning and this morning and both said with decision maker so thought I'd be cheeky and ring before you shut to see if a decision has been made as I never receive DLA letters I always have to ring and check ( which isn't a lie I didn't get a letter till end of April after sending forms off start of Feb to tell me scan date etc ) . She said yeah I can see you have phoned but I don't know why they have told you it with a decision maker because all I can see is that its in the processing bit 😫

I'm still waiting on my NC from 29/01.
I keep calling but no real update.

Omg that would really frustrate me u get all geared up knowing it’s with a DM then u get told it isn’t 😞 xx

They told me yesterday it was with admin..... when I called yesterday afternoon a decision must have already been made because they said today yesterday morning so hopefully it might be the same for you 🤞 xx

I’m waiting on renewal but has anybody seen the post on the dla page fb, someone has only waited a couple of weeks? New claim too!

@Katiie13x is it worth ringing tomorrow morning and explaining 😫 honestly feel like not even bothering. I understand it's a long wait and we've all been waiting along time I can take that but 2 be told it's with a decision maker twice then it's not x

@Mum2allgirls I'd definitely ring again, I can't see why they would say it was with a DM if it wasn't, not 2 different people, I'm wondering if after a decision is made it goes back to the team who writes the letters and sorts out payments and all things like that, that would maybe explain the processing part that they said! I could be way off the mark but I wouldn't lose hope, it is a long wait, it's so stressful, keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

@Katiie13x that's what I explained to her and obviously I know it was two completely different people I spoke too as one was a male and one was female. So is she wrong or are they both wrong. Who knows. Will just try and forget about it tonight and call tomorrow x

Not until 5/08 so a while away, sent my forms off a while ago but also waiting for final ehcp from a review to send
