I called twice last week and both times got a shitty person on the phone, who said its taking up to 25 weeks for new claims. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolute fucking bullshit more like wait till I fucking ring them in the morning it ain’t right y award people and make people before their scan dates wait , yes I understand we’re alll in the same boat it’s hard yes I understand but what also gets me mad is people wanting UC to hurry up and back pay them within days it’s like hold on uve just got over £1600 wtf and u want more right now then there’s us that are still waiting to be awarded . I’m sorry but I’m fuming with how the DLA system works and I will be telling them when I ring tomoz, my son who I’m waiting for to be awarded has a bronchodilator test at hospital at 9am as soon as I’m done I’m ringing kus this shit ain’t right , make it equal ffs or make everyone wait the 15 weeks

@Kirstylou91 I'm just at the point of giving up they just fob me off everytime I ring up and state similar things on the phone and make me look like a right fucking idiot. My daughter desperately needs the right help and support she's a danger to herself and others around her, but dla don't give a shit clearly.

I don't get how it ain't done in order I mean.. surely when they are updated to system..it comes up in date order
