mines MR 22/1 no decision

Mines 23 weeks tomorow, I'm glad to know I can escalate at 25 weeks though. Hopefully you will get a decision soon x

Been on hold for over an hour- does anyone know if option 4 wait time is longer?

I just got through on option 2 in 22 mins.
mine is sd 6/02 nc
they said no been assigned to anyone yet and will take 25 weeks.

she did say roughly 2/3 weeks probably xx

Thank you, maybe I will wait a bit longer and then try with option 2. I’m NC SD 31/01 but I called up last week and they were very vague just saying no decision has been made, so I asked if it was with a decision maker and they said yes but this doesn’t mean anything still could be 25 weeks plus!! I’ve seen a lot of Feb ones being accepted so good luck to you that it’s soon!!

I rang Thursday lady I spoke to said my claim is open but a decision hasn’t been made yet whatever claim is open means

lots of feb ones going through a SD of 24/2 was awarded Friday along with 11/2 14/2 /17/2

MR 20/11 27 weeks tomorrow!
just rang and now they’re saying they’re only on 15/11 MRs and can take another couple of weeks! This is so stressful 😩

I’m guessing that means it’s been assigned to a decision maker but haven’t made a decision yet! Fingers crossed you hear this week!

I thought that myself but then thought surely she would of just said it’s with a decision maker

Just had a text to say that my DS qualified for DLA!
I hope you all hear soon! It's such a long process! Still mind boggled that it's not done electronically 🤦🏼‍♀️!
Should I ring to see what he is entitled too?
I sent IEP, school and childminder references - awaiting ehcp + diognosis!

Just got through and someone has now said it’s open and can’t see it’s with a decision maker!! So annoying!! I asked loads of questions. He said open just means it’s on the system!! I said why have lots of Feb ones gone through and he said every case is different etc!

the anxiety it brings is ridiculous! Swear the government like to make things more difficult than we already have it :(

I will keep you all updated on the claim to give a rough idea of what rates to expect although all cases as different :(

I said so it’s obviously not being done in any order and people are just telling everyone different things! But they’re just like robots reading from a script! I suppose it’s down to who’s working on a particular workload, mine’s obviously stuck with someone who’s not in a rush lol

Thank you :) I sent in EHCP, psychology report, hospital reports which states most likely asd/adhd although awaiting diagnosis, speech and language reports and other school letters and reports so I’m hoping that’s enough evidence
