I've smelt worse!
Glad to hear you've had a good week.
I'm too tired for bumsex too. Wink

5inthebed · 01/10/2010 20:19

Nice title Grin

We've had an ok week as well. Apart from DS2 now refusing to eat anything except weetabix on a night time because I dared give him spaghetti hoops Hmm

I've had an indians tonight, wasn;t impressed. Thats the last time I order on my sisters recommendation.

ouryve · 01/10/2010 20:30

Definitely too tired for bumsex!

It's DH's birthday, today, and for the second time in the almost 7 years since DS1 was born, we got out for a nice quiet grown-up lunch together for just the two of us. The last time we managed it was 2 years ago, for my birthday and I had to be drugged up and dragged out because I was full of cold. Any time we've tried to do it since then, one of the kids has been ill and off school.

But we did it and we didn't go to a crappy, over-priced for something fresh out of the freezer and of dubious provenance chain restaurant and we didn't go to a pub. We went to a proper smart but relaxed local restaurant and had some nicely cooked fresh food and it didn't break the bank (just £35 for starters, mains and drinks for the pair of us, including service charge).

Good evening all.

Have had a crap week - DS2 has been poorly and on steroids so even more crazy than usual - he has a new obsession which is repeatedly opening and closing my kitchen cupboards and he has broken two. Now the car is broken and is going to cost £726 to fix.

But its DD's 2nd birthday on Sunday so thats something to look forward to.

No Bumsex here tonight either - DH is due to have the snip on Tuesday so he might be looking for something, but he wont be getting it! Wink

gahhh just typed and lost a post!

Grrr

in short.. Is there a touch screen word processor thingy.. But where you touch words instead of typing all the letters?... And if there is such a thing does it do voice recognition and screen Reading?

Too tired for much - can't get off my bum tonight never mind deal with bumsex. On a positive note DH is very pleasured as I bought him Fifa 11 for his xbox today!

Shite week as the crap from the NHS continues - see www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1014793-to-be-pissed-off-with-the-NHS/AllOnOnePage for the back story. Since then we have met with them and the more I learn about DSs care the more I despair....

And on Sunday I am doing a 5k so no bumsex then either!

Have a good weekend y'all

PS - I forgot that I found scream eggs in Asda today (presume they are cream eggs for halloween)- who needs anal sex eh?!

ShadeofViolet · 01/10/2010 20:47

I have coffee and walnut cake - so who needs sex :o

TheArsenicCupCake · 01/10/2010 20:49

ouryve · 01/10/2010 20:59

Such a lovely day, he's fallen asleep on the sofa.

I have chocolate beetroot cake in the fridge. Mmmm mmm mmmmm!!!!! :o Definitely better than sex.Blush

And sod it. Even if birthday boy is going to spend his evening asleep, I'm having a glass of wine (red for me, too). I haven't had a drink all week!

TheArsenicCupCake · 01/10/2010 21:00

Evening wooley

:) for the getting somewhere :( for the not drinking.

On not drinking at school.. Is dd okay with using the school toilets?.. It's just that ds wasn't and stopped drinking to avoid using them.. We sorted out with the school that he could use the disabled loo( quiet and not so smelly).. And he started drinking again.
