I made a complaint about school on Friday .
Monday 9am they emailed 10 pages of lies to SS.
including “mum is drinking ? “
And many other lies against me that I can all back it up with solid material that they are lying .

the funny thing is due to medical physical Gastro reason I can’t drink . My GP knows it .

I can’t believe private school here lie about anything for revenge.

@Ewrika when I was reading your post i thought again one more person targeted by state school after complaining but didn't realise it happens in private school too. I would change the school if I were you as there is no use of paying so much money for a private school if they are so malicious. Also, you should tell the head to retract their lies to SS as you can prove it that they are lies with the help of GP or you will have to tell other parents about it, surely a private school will care if many parents will get to know about their wrong doing. Do formally complain. What a waste of time of SS.

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 06:51

I am paying 30k for it . for all these defamation and trauma .

I am so shocked reading all these 69 pages of sar by SS ( school still ignored my sar )

i found there is 1 woman who working in my current school as dsl. But coincidently she was team leader of ss in my borough ( not the same borough as school ) for 4 years before this current job .
(I don’t know this is promotion or demotion.
from a rich borough team leader ss to a school dsl . )

School obviously knows her cv well and use it for the best . Aka : let her call and email numerous times to my SS saying :

hi dear old colleagues help me with this case . This mum from our school is crazy . She complained our school to so many external agency now .
maybe she has undiagnosed mental issue and she been drinking . I knew she is applying for EHCP now in your borough . Is she behaving equally crazy ?
anyway hurry up give me a feedback report pls .

our SS in the end wrote case closed nothing further to her and to me .

but in 1 of those internal note within borough : it says :
called mum . Mum very upset on phone .
sound like exactly what school said about her : undiagnosed mental isssue need in light of self presentation .

I was about to let this go . As exhausted with kids / EHCP / changing school.

a lawyer friend said no no no you can’t let this go . You need to let this unfair comment about your mental state removed .
otherwise new school ( state schools ) will have access to this . This will stay with you for life national wise .

This woman said in above post also has a side hobby job : foster officer .

i wonder whether it’s conflict of interest to work for a private school but ask and influence ex colleagues to trash a mum who complained about the school

@Ewrika is it possible to get a letter from your GP saying that you have no diagnosed mental health condition and a person who is not in the medical field shouldn't even pass statements like that as it can be stressful for the person concerned? Teachers are not doctors to pass these kinda statements as they are not qualified to do so, if they are so interested to do it then they need to do MBBS or any medical degree. These are the kind of people who think they are higher than doctors. In law field, their opinion counts for nothing unless a medical doctor can back them up. It's hearsay statements like "She drinks", unless they are stalking you, how do they know? I am appalled for you. You definitely need to ring your GP and ask them to provide a letter. In a totally different circumstance, one of the people I know have taken help of their GP providing a strong worded letter to the school and the school backed down.

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 08:14

I just read school to SS report of us .
they even said all my kids medical reports / gp visit absence are fabricated as their reasons are Prviate autism/ot reports have less credit in their eyes .
with gp I can back up easily thanks to their app I can just take screen shot .

OP posts:
Ewrika · 13/02/2024 08:18

Thanks so much.
now Gp saying they will see what they can do and working on it now. Fingers crossed.
I have an organ removed surgery before Covid . I can’t even drink.

Blu23 · 13/02/2024 08:45

@Ewrika glad you spoke to the GP, I am sure they can help, ss and teacher's unsubstantiated statements can be harmful for anyone's mental health and please mention to the gp to also mention that "unless a person is in the medical field they shouldn't pass comment on someone else's mental health".
Private autism/ ot reports have less credit in "their" eyes but their layman opinion about someone's mental health holds any value? What a joke! The teacher must think that she is a doctor. First thing first, take your children out of the school whilst keeping the complaint process ongoing.

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 08:53

We paid until 10th June for current one .

meanwhile waiting for an offer from a school in early March . Fingers crossed .

or we can do an emergency state school overnight in year transition , any time .

some school very sneaky policy saying if you are leaving school all your complaints are terminated . now they are using half term as excuse To buy more time .

OP posts:
Blu23 · 13/02/2024 12:12

@Ewrika so they want our kids to stay in the same school so they can put some more malicious complaints. Very sneaky! I hope your state school experience will be better.

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 13:24

I never thought of this from this angel ! Wow thanks ! I thought they busy to get rid of me didn’t realise they want to keep the complainer longer and meanwhile longer time to revenge . Omg

What purpose do you think they have for reporting you to SS?

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 14:39

To force me to leave ?
To force me to stop complain to external agency ?

OP posts:
Thisismynewusernamedoyoulikeit · 13/02/2024 17:20

If they wanted you to leave, they could just end the contract at the next legal point.

It's hard to comment on the other one without knowing what your complaints were about.

There definitely are not conflicts of interest that she used to work for social services - this is common.

You're not drinking and they should not be writing that you are.

Ewrika · 13/02/2024 17:48

Just got gp letter today , confirming everything in my liver is zero alcohol and my mental is sane .

I can’t believe I am explaining myself this in 2024 .

they certainly do not hesitate to trash people and destroy families .

anyone has ever taken a private school to SEND tribunal for discrimination.
i can’t find many on mumsnet . They only taking LA to tribunal .

OP posts:
Blu23 · 14/02/2024 04:54

Glad the GP wrote you a letter, give it to both ss and your school, they will shut up then. No idea about SEND for private schools, I assume they are denying that your child has additional needs and they are not providing support? I will ask my husband who is in the education field but he has only worked for state schools in England but also have worked for one of the best private international/ British schools abroad. Have you tried to get an NHS diagnosis? Private hospital diagnosis are still valid and used by schools but some of them may act funny so it will be good if you back it up by taking NHS diagnosis too.

Ewrika · 14/02/2024 06:29

Thank you . You are very kind.
we have lots nhs diagnoses too.

i searched just now on mumsnet under keyword school disability discrimination tribunal . a few posts come up . Most lost case . However Some happily won . But all mentally draining .
pity brexit . Cannot use Hague human right court anymore .

OP posts:
Ewrika · 15/02/2024 13:33

After I said I m leaving
the school sent me 4 emails in 24 hours and 1 call to asking me the same question in 100 ways : we by law have to ask which new country which new home address which new school u go to .

i said : don’t know myself until last minute
please just write to be confirmed later .

i mean so many expat had no idea until last minute Esply like military or diplomat or even footballer . How they handle this kind of harassment to answer this type of questions

OP posts:
Blu23 · 15/02/2024 16:01

@Ewrika schools do ask about the new school and country because apparently children go missing in education. Don't worry, your child will be assessed in a new school and whether they have any needs or not. Highly unlikely that the previous school's report will be taken as something written in stone. It's a snapshot of that particular period of time. Their comments about your mental health holds no significance as they cannot diagnose and you have medical evidence to show it otherwise.
Regarding private schools- they are not legally bound to provide support or funding for a special needs child, may be just basic support. Local authorities cannot provide funding to a private school for EHCP. State schools are in a better position to do that. My husband is not sure if you can take a private school to SEND tribunal for discrimination, you will have to ask a lawyer about it.

Ewrika · 15/02/2024 16:10

Thanks so much for ur kindness
local council said same thing as u and ur hubby .
i applied a state last night . Fingers crossed
Now it’s half term . No reply yet .
hopefully a yes next week from state

OP posts:
Blu23 · 15/02/2024 17:59

@Ewrika you're welcome! It might take a few weeks for the state school to get back depending on whether they have places or not. I hope your child get the support they need in the next school. You can save the money you would have ended up paying to that private school too.

Ewrika · 15/02/2024 18:06

I am in new shock .
a school mum texted me that current school allows her to bring in external therapist in for years from all over london . She paid for 1-1 out of her pocket also for years for a TA for her son only . So she is big customer.

but school told me no . only council people .

OP posts:
Ewrika · 15/02/2024 18:08

And a teacher whistle blower to me :
we all knew your kid had Sen from day 1 .
but school head won’t let us tell u .
we tried to hint to u . But we scared to lose job. School wants sen kid to repeat 1 year for extra income . But won’t let us tell mum any SEN red flag .
we were under pressure to fill in form to nhs to say there is no autism from our side report .

OP posts:
Ewrika · 15/02/2024 18:10

First mum is text message I can use screen shot as evidence (cut off her name )

the teacher told me verbally .
I wonder whether I shall record her
or just quote her name in SEND tribunal as witness . She can deny at last minute if she worries about her job.

current big head bully me to tell him her name otherwise he won’t acknowledge this is as a complaint to active process 1/2/3 stage . I said no .
